‘Flake The Snake’ Throws Roy Moore Under The Bus To Virtue-Signal For Radical Islam

Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ) has turned into one of the least popular politicians in America for standing against President Donald Trump’s populist revolution that has swept the nation. He spent the better part of last year trying to get Hillary Clinton into the oval office, and now he has set his sights on Judge Roy Moore.

Former Alabama Supreme Court Justice Roy Moore is a Donald Trump Republican. Despite not being endorsed by Trump (a move that the President publicly admitted may have been a mistake), Moore campaigned as the ultimate iconoclast and soundly defeated his establishment-backed opponent in the GOP Senate primary election. Fearing that Moore’s victory may spell doom for weak moderate establishment incumbents, Flake went on the attack in an attempt to spark infighting and division within the Republican Party against Moore.

“I think that when we disagree with something so fundamental like that, we ought to stand up and say, that’s not right, that’s not our party, that is not us,” Flake said, referring to comments Moore had made against radical Islamist Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN) over a decade ago.

Ellison, an extreme socialist leftist, has extensive ties to radical Islam. He was the first open Muslim ever to be elected to the House of Representatives, and has ties to the racist black nationalist organization, The Nation of Islam. He helped its leader Louis Farrakhan organize the Million Man March in the 1990s, and has frequently defended terrorists and murderers such as Sara Jane Olson, Assata Shakur, and Sami al-Arian.

For those reasons and many others, Moore felt that it was not appropriate for Ellison to serve in the U.S. Congress. He penned an op/ed for WorldNetDaily back in 2006 stating the following:

Enough evidence exists for Congress to question Ellison’s qualifications to be a member of Congress as well as his commitment to the Constitution in view of his apparent determination to embrace the Quran and an Islamic philosophy directly contrary to the principles of the Constitution. But common sense alone dictates that in the midst of a war with Islamic terrorists we should not place someone in a position of great power who shares their doctrine. In 1943, we would never have allowed a member of Congress to take their oath on “Mein Kampf,” or someone in the 1950s to swear allegiance to the “Communist Manifesto.” Congress has the authority and should act to prohibit Ellison from taking the congressional oath today!

According to Flake, this is the type of sentiment that Americans should fear while embracing Islamic terror apologists such as Ellison.

“I think the same is true when somebody says that members of our body, the Congress, the House of Representatives, shouldn’t be there, and to try and apply a religious test, that’s not right, and Republicans out to stand up and say, that’s not right,” Flake said.

Flake faces re-election next year, and will likely face at least one GOP primary opponent considering how hated the man has become. If Flake’s final gambit to keep power is to appeal to Muslims and Democrats, he will likely be steamrolled by the same populist revolution that sent Luther Strange to the unemployment line.

  • Someone needs to throw Moore under the bus conservatives respect others beliefs and don’t try to legislate them

    • I do believe that you have micro-agressed against Roy Moore. Shame on you.

Diane Fienstine just did worse to a Judicial Nominee.
    Did Flake object?
The Bible has curses for oathbreakers, hence the symbolism.
The Koran says it is righteous to lie to further Islam

  • I SURE HOPE PEOPLE WISE UP AND VOTE HIM OUT.

    • Move to Arizona, The Arizona Republican party can use the help.

  • Jeff Flake is uninspiring. He shines in comparison to evul John McCain. I hope that one of his three Republican primary opponents manages to retire him from his current position.
