Hate Crime At ISFLC ’17: Antifa Leftist Ambushes Ethnic Trump Supporter

The events at the International Students for Liberty Conference (ISFLC) took a turn for the worse after the Saturday program concluded. Despite the ISFLC purporting itself to be an inclusive and diverse gathering, a hate attack took place in the morning hours that followed in the Marriott Wardman Park hotel where the event was held. Invited by the recently-formed Hans Hermann Hoppe Caucus, Spencer appeared for an impromptu “breakout session” in the hotel bar where ISFLC was taking place. Receiving well over 50 attendees, Spencer’s appearance ended up being one of the most well-attended breakout sessions of the entire weekend, and created controversy, rocking the entire conference off its axis. Wolf von Laer, President of Students for Liberty, claimed that Sen. Rand Paul couldn’t make the conference due to pressing Senate business. However, the United States Senate Floor’s Twitter account reported that the body had adjourned at 1:54 pm in the afternoon, leaving attendees to speculate about the real reason why Rand didn’t show up. Recent controversial decisions from Senator Paul to support border enforcement measures and confirm Sen. Jeff Sessions for Attorney General had spurred ire from left-libertarians. It was heavily rumored that a large walk-out of attendees would have happened when Rand went on stage to protest these actions. Keep Reading
