The Donald Trump Jr. “Scandal” Highlights The Imminent Decline Of The Mainstream Media

I haven’t wanted to write about the whole Donald Trump Jr. thing because the story is utter crap, but here I find myself writing about a crap story with nothing underpinning it but crap piled upon layer after layer of crap. The Democratic partisans, enraged liberals, and their lapdogs in the mainstream media have been salivating over this particular fake news story, which says more about them than it does about Trump Jr. and his father’s administration. Here’s something worth noting that won’t get brought up by MSNBC or CNN or the New York Times: Famed liberal stalwart Alan Dershowitz even says that the Trump Jr. story is crap. You may now be asking yourself, “Okay, it might be crap, but how is it fake news? Even Trump Jr. admitted to his own culpability by releasing his e-mails, doesn’t that mean it’s a true story?” Sure, I don’t dispute that a meeting occurred between Trump Jr. and some sleazy Russian lawyer and her sleazy Russian compatriots. It’s not fake… Keep Reading

Trump Announces New Iranian Sanctions That May Jeopardize Obama’s Nuclear Deal

The Trump administration has announced a new regime of sanctions against Iran to push back against their ballistic missile program. Critics believe these new sanctions may jeopardize the Iranian nuclear deal that was one of former President Obama’s signature accomplishments. “Even as we continue to work to prevent Iran from ever obtaining a nuclear weapon, we cannot look away while Iran threatens our country and our allies in ways beyond their nuclear threat,” White House spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders said to reporters today. The sanctions will be aimed at 18 entities and people who the United States believes to be “illicit Iranian actors or [engaging in] transnational criminal activity.” “The United States remains deeply concerned about Iran’s malign activities across the Middle East which undermine regional stability, security, and prosperity,” the State Department said in a press release. GOP Health Care Reform Means The Likely Demise Of Obamacare’s “Death Panel”

Over the past several months, the mainstream media and Washington elite have perpetuated conspiracy theories and demonstrably false narratives in an effort to distract and stymie the current administration from reforming America’s health care–and the claims are growing ever more outlandish. In one article, CNN teeth-clinchingly claimed that under the bill formerly known as the American Health Care Act (AHCA), rape and domestic violence could qualify as pre-existing conditions. In another, Salon asserted that women who undergo C-sections could be “monetarily punished” under the bill. Despite this propaganda campaign, President Trump and a Republican-controlled Congress are working hard behind the scenes to erode the last vestiges of the disastrous Affordable Care Act (ACA), colloquially referred to as Obamacare–including the problematic Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB). Opposition from both parties has formed against IPAB, a bureaucratic board with the authority to change Medicare policy since its creation through the Affordable Care Act. The board, consisting of fifteen presidentially-appointed members, exists solely to recommend yearly cuts to Medicare costs. Keep Reading

Republican Senators Stand With Rand To Block Obamacare Bailout Legislation

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) has been the main conservative proponent for weeks trying to stop an Obamacare bailout that is being pushed by Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and other moderate Republicans. His hard work has paid off with Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) and Sen. Jerry Moran (R-KS) officially announcing that they will reject the Obamacare bailout, ultimately killing the legislation. “After conferring with trusted experts regarding the latest version of the Consumer Freedom Amendment, I have decided I cannot support the current version of the Better Care Reconciliation Act,” Lee said. “In addition to not repealing all of the Obamacare taxes, it doesn’t go far enough in lowering premiums for middle class families; nor does it create enough free space from the most costly Obamacare regulations.” “We should not put our stamp of approval on bad policy,” Moran said. President Donald Trump was a supporter of McConnell’s plan, but was wise to keep himself in the middle of the polarized debate. He recently endorsed Paul’s plan to repeal Obamacare… Keep Reading

White House Kicks Off ‘Made In America’ Week

This week, the White House will be hosting 50 companies from across the country, each intended to represent a state. The companies will display a product that they manufacture in the United States, such as a NASA spacesuit made by ILC Dover LP, Delaware’s representative. Steinway, representing New York, will display a piano. Shotgun chaps made by K Bar J Leather, on behalf of South Dakota, will be displayed as well. The list goes on from there. Press Secretary Sean Spicer talked up this campaign at yesterday’s off-camera press briefing, stating that the country has an “incredible span of American products.” But no endeavor by the Trump White House goes without criticism. One correspondent pointed out that some do not believe Trump “is the right vessel for this message.” “After all, [President Trump] has shirts made in China and Bangladesh and India.  Other products made–like Trump vodka made in the Netherlands,” the correspondent said. Spicer responded that his perspective was different. President Trump’s history as a businessman is beneficial for the future of… Keep Reading

Democrats Continue Peddling False Information Deliberately

While Democrats feverishly attempt to link the Trump campaign with Russia, there is actual proof that the Clinton campaign had its own unsavory ties to Russia by peddling disinformation planted by Moscow. The disinformation in question concerns sources in Russia telling a former British spy named Christopher Steele that the Trump campaign aided the effort of Russia to hack Clinton campaign computers. Steele had his own ties to the Clinton campaign when researching the charges via “information” given to him by Russian sources. A Clinton donor paid for Steele’s researches via Fusion GPS, a company that gathers partisan information for Democrats to use against the GOP. After receiving the dossier, Fusion handed it immediately over to Democrats and the mainstream media. The Clinton campaign and Democrats peddled the supposed criminal activities their opponents engaged in with help from the Kremlin that resulted in Trump’s victory. Keep Reading

Dan Rather Refuses To Go Away

Like his beloved Clintons, Dan Rather refuses to go away in shame. This venerable dean of the mainstream media clearly has no shame or awareness of his liberal bias (he once told then-employee Peggy Noonan that he was a centrist), evidenced by his recent return to his familiar role of bashing Republicans and carrying water for Democrats. It was this very liberal bias that caused Rather to resign from CBS for feverishly peddling documents revealed to have been false purportedly showing that former President George W. Bush received preferential treatment while in the Texas National Guard during the Vietnam War. Perhaps Rather was heartened by a recent film about the incident, “Truth,” starring uber-liberal Robert Redford as the anchor, which promoted the idea that the documents were genuine. The former news anchor has not only appeared on television to bash Trump and Republicans in general and support Democrats, but he has also expressed his bias on social media. In a positively Leninist note, Rather wrote during the campaign that… Keep Reading

Rand Paul Warns Fellow Republican Senators Against Passing Obamacare Bailout

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) is concerned yet again about his fellow Republican Senators disregarding their campaign promises and pulling another fast one on the American public. Senate Republicans are set to pass legislation that will bail out Obamacare and permanently tie the inevitable failure of the bureaucratic monstrosity to the GOP, and Paul is desperately trying to stop them. “I don’t think some miracle happens with this Republican plan. The main thing that happens is now the…dysfunctional part of the marketplace is going to be blamed on Republicans,” Paul said on “Newsmax Now” with Bill Tucker. A revised health care plan, pushed by Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and other prominent Republican lawmakers, was released today. It would earmark $70 billion as a bailout of sorts for failing insurance exchanges to be paid out over the next decade. Earlier plans to cut certain tax hikes implemented through Obamacare were jettisoned in this new proposal as well. Keep Reading

House Freedom Caucus Threatens Government Shutdown Until Trump’s Wall Is Funded

The tumultuous relationship between the House Freedom Caucus and Donald Trump has run the gamut throughout his young presidency. The hard-line conservative lawmakers stymied Trump and drew his ire on health care reform, but on the issue of immigration, they are firmly in his corner and agitating aggressively to get his border wall appropriated in the budget. “There is nothing more critical that has to be funded than funding the border wall for two reasons,” Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) said in an exclusive interview with Breitbart News. “One is it is a commitment that the president made to the American people and one that he intends on keeping, but the second part of that is for our national security we must secure our borders. And the American people will accept no less.” The Freedom Caucus is so serious about their stand that they are more than willing to cause a government shutdown at the end of the fiscal year if the Congress doesn’t get their act together, remember why… Keep Reading

Trump Declares War On Globalism In Warsaw Speech

During a speech before thousands of cheering supporters in the Polish capital of Warsaw, President Donald Trump launched a passionate defense of nationalism and the very future of Western civilization–two concepts deemed racist and xenophobic by those who seek to sacrifice individual nation-states and the Judeo-Christian faith, along with those who support these bedrock concepts, on the altar of globalism. Asserting that Western civilization is neither a geographical concept nor ideological or economic, Peter Beinart of The Atlantic argued the idea was purely racial and religious in nature. “To be considered Western, a country must be largely Christian (preferably Protestant or Catholic) and largely white,” he wrote. “Ideologically, what links the current American and Polish governments is not their commitment to democracy—both are increasingly authoritarian. It is their hostility to Muslim immigration.” Lamenting days past when American political leaders discussed globalism only under the terms in which it was originally sold to the public, Beinart criticized Trump’s new interpretation of globalism. Trump’s re-framing of the issue is sending terror… Keep Reading

The North Korean Problem Exacerbates Tensions Between US And China

President Donald Trump’s bellicose approach to handling relations with North Korea does not appear to be paying off. China is unimpressed with Trump’s threats and saber-rattling, and is sticking with their diplomatic approach to handling the authoritarian regime. “There’s been a lot of wishful thinking on the U.S. side that China was coming around in its approach,” said John Delury, a Seoul professor who studies North Korean affairs. Trump previously made remarks that China was coming around on North Korea, and the nation was willing to mirror his tough approach toward the repressive dictatorship. Trump’s optimistic talk turned out to be premature, and the Trump administration has shifted in recent weeks to aggressive rhetoric toward China as well. Keep Reading

By Meeting With Putin, President Trump Shows Democrats How Diplomacy Is Done

It has been a disappointing week for Democratic opponents of President Trump. After following up his Twitter war against the mainstream media with a speech in Poland proclaiming the supremacy of the West, Trump met with Russian President Vladimir Putin earlier today for a diplomatic visit in Germany that went swimmingly for all parties. “President Putin and I are discussing various things, and I think it is going very well. We’ve had some very very good talks. We’re going to have a talk now, and obviously that will continue, but we look forward to a lot of very positive things happening for Russia, for the United States, and for everybody concerned. It is an honor to be with you,” Trump said during the meeting. Speaking through a translator, Putin expressed his concern about deteriorating diplomatic relations with America. He said that although the world leaders had “several times talked over the phone, including on some very important bilateral and international issues,” that was “obviously not enough” moving forward. #CNNBlackmail Goes Viral After Media War Involving President Trump Gets Personal

The world of journalism and social media is a very odd place, especially in the era of President Donald Trump. There is very little difference between a troll and a reporter these days, and the fallout from Trump posting a meme showcases just how badly the lines have been blurred in the digital age. Over the weekend, President Trump posted a relatively innocuous meme on Twitter of himself giving a body slam to a man with CNN’s logo cropped over his head. This was a version of a popularly shared meme based on Trump’s 2007 WrestleMania appearance. Widely understood to be a joke, the humor was lost on CNN who compared the Tweet to a threat of actual violence. CNN went on the offensive from there, and targeted the person they believe to be the original meme creator. They even resorted to stalking the alleged creator of this meme, finding his personal information, threatening to expose his personal information on their airwaves unless he produced a coerced apology, and then… Keep Reading

Democrats Push Bill That Could Oust President Trump For Mental Health Reasons

A growing number of Congressional Democrats are sponsoring a bill that would create a congressional “oversight” commission that could declare President Donald Trump incapacitated and remove him from office under the 25th Amendment. Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD), the bill’s chief sponsor, sent out an email to his colleagues in the immediate aftermath of President Trump’s Twitter dispute with MSNBC host Mika Brzezinski, urging them to support the measure, arguing that it is of “enduring importance to the security of our nation.” “In case of emergency, break glass,” Raskin said during an interview with Yahoo News. “If you look at the record of things that have happened since January, it is truly a bizarre litany of events and outbursts.” The 25th Amendment was adopted in 1967 following the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. Under Section 4 of the Amendment, the Vice President and a majority of the President’s cabinet members could lawfully determine that the President is “unable to discharge the powers and duties” of the office. Pres. Trump: North Korea “Has No Respect For Human Life”

President Trump and South Korean Leader Moon Jae-in spoke to the press this morning about their plans to combat the North Korean regime. This meeting comes shortly after the untimely death of Otto Warmbier, who was held as a North Korean prisoner for the past year. He was returned to the United States in a coma, and doctors indicated that he was in a “state of unresponsive wakefulness.” He died June 19 at the age of 20. In his speech this morning, Trump asserted that “patience is over” because North Korea “has no respect for human life” which has been “proven over and over again.” “Together, we are facing the threat of the reckless brutal regime of North Korea,” he said. “We are working closely with South Korea and Japan… [to implement] a range of diplomatic security… economic measures… to protect our allies and our own citizens from this menace known as North Korea.” Keep Reading

Neil Gorsuch Is a Giant For The Conservative Cause

Mark Joseph Stern is coming apart at the seams and he wants you to imitate his thumb-sucking fetal posture. In his article, Neil Gorsuch is everything liberals feared—and more, Stern recites a litany of Justice Gorsuch’s most heinous transgressions. He’s supposedly “pro-gun, pro–travel ban, anti-gay, anti–church/state separation. He is certainly more conservative than Justice Samuel Alito and possibly to the right of Justice Clarence Thomas.” Stern saves the best/worst for last when he says Gorsuch “will likely serve on the court for at least three more decades.” There’s a lot there for the Left to fear and for the Right to cheer. That’s the hilarious irony of Stern’s article. Everything he says that makes liberals tremble in their Birkenstocks will make conservatives jump for joy. But since he took the time to make his case for why Justice Gorsuch is a monster of Lovecraftian proportions, it’s only fair to present the other side of the argument. Keep Reading

Anti-Trump Leftists More Big Brother Than Trump

Back in January, a two-word phrase uttered by Trump advisor Kellyanne Conway gave George Orwell’s Nineteen Eighty-Four its biggest sales boost in years. In response to White House secretary Sean Spicer’s assertion that, contrary to the mainstream media’s head-count, citizens who attended the Trump swearing-in represented the “largest audience” ever to appear at an inauguration, Conway defended his claim, stating that he was merely giving out “alternative facts.” For many on the anti-Trump left, this phrase was evidence that Big Brother had arrived in the White House, and, perhaps to understand the nature of the “beast” in the oval office, (one purchaser called Nineteen Eighty-Four the “Perfect Primer for Potus 45”) purchased en masse copies of Orwell’s 68-year-old novel, making it a best-seller on Amazon. Pundits went further in the comparison than merely Trump abusing language. For mainstream media journalists, the administration was trying control information rather than sharing it. Keep Reading

Feminists Triggered Hard After President Trump Pays Innocent Compliment To Female Reporter

President Donald Trump cannot catch a break from his critics. This time, he is in hot water for simply being a gentleman. Because Trump paid an innocent compliment to a female reporter, feminists want him to pay mightily for, in their minds, enabling the patriarchy. “We have all of this beautiful Irish press, where are you from?” President Trump asked a reporter while on a call with Ireland’s new head of state, Leo Varadkar. After she told him who she was and that she serves as US bureau chief of RTÉ News, Trump said to Varadkar, “Caitríona Perry, she has a nice smile on her face so I bet she treats you well.” While this may seem like a benign remark unworthy of outrage, that is not how feminists and other leftists interpreted it. They took the comment as more proof of Trump’s inherent sexism and white male privilege, and demand justice for the heinous micro-aggression perpetrated by the victimizer-in-chief. Eve Peyser of Vice Magazine called the incident a… Keep Reading

As Sabers Continue To Rattle, Russia Stands With Syria Against Threats Of U.S. Aggression

Although President Trump claimed that his Syria policy was not going to change, the sharp rhetoric from key members of his administration indicate otherwise. Presenting without evidence the usual refrain that Assad was planning a chemical weapons attack this week, the saber-rattling immediately kicked into high gear. “Any further attacks done to the people of Syria will be blamed on Assad, but also on Russia & Iran who support him killing his own people,” United Nations ambassador Nikki Haley said in a Tweet published on Monday. “The United States has identified potential preparations for another chemical weapons attack by the Assad regime that would likely result in the mass murder of civilians, including innocent children,” Press Secretary Sean Spicer said in a prepared statement issued on Monday night. “The activities are similar to preparations the regime made before its April 4, 2017 chemical weapons attack.” One man who is not buying this familiar story is Russian President Vladimir Putin, who stands by Syrian President Bashir al-Assad against ISIS and… Keep Reading

National Review Cuckservative David French Attacks “Left And White”

“But it’s easy to call out the Left. Here’s where things get more uncomfortable. Conservatives still have to face the disgusting fact that Steve Bannon is in the president’s inner circle, and Bannon proudly labeled his website, Breitbart, “the platform for the alt-right.” That “platform” compiled massive page-view numbers while publishing dreck that excused the alt-right as little more than countercultural trolls, while writers and journalists (like me, my wife, and many others) found themselves subjected to vicious campaigns of hate, threats, and abuse when we wrote or spoke critically of Trump,” National Review editor David French wrote in an op-ed last month. With these words, the avid “NeverTrumper” French describes the “radicalization” on the current Right caused by the presidency of Donald Trump. Although French’s tirade tries to look even-handed, it hardly lays a glove on the anti-Trump Left. President Trump Will Work To Soften Conservative Senators On Health Care

President Donald Trump is working on a way to make health care reform a reality. Although he has been pushing publicly for more spending in the Senate version of health care reform, he sees the opportunity to bring hard-line conservative lawmakers over to his side. Josh Dawsey wrote in a Politico report on Friday that Trump was courting Sens. Ron Johnson (R-WI) and Ted Cruz (R-TX) to come around on legislation being pushed by he and Senate GOP leadership. Both legislators have signed onto an effort spearheaded by Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) to stop the current iteration of health care reform. Trump sees Paul as the ultimate prize to win over as a “yes” vote for his health care plan. According to a White House official, Trump ‘sees it as a personal mission’ to win Rand Paul’s support. Because of the personal relationship that has been cultivated between the two men in recent months, Trump believes that he has the competitive edge to ease Paul’s concerns regarding the health… Keep Reading

Rand Paul: Ryan’s Health Care Reform “Looks Too Much Like Obamacare”

There is a fight brewing between President Donald Trump and Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) regarding health care. Trump is lobbying to add more mandates and giveaways to the Senate bill while Paul is standing firmly behind his limited government principles. “We have estimated that it may have more subsidies than Obamacare,” Paul said about the health care bill currently being pushed by the President and Senate GOP leadership in an exclusive interview with Breitbart News. “It creates a new entitlement program that gives out over $100 billion to insurance companies, and that’s not why I joined the Republican party and not why I ran for office to vote for more entitlement programs,” Paul said. In Paul’s ideal world, health care would be determined through the marketplace and consumers would be the prime benefactors. Although that is not tenable in the current bureaucratic morass, Paul wants Republican legislators to work toward free market goals rather than strengthening the failed status quo. Keep Reading

Sen. Rand Paul Argues To Stop Communism In Cuba With Capitalism And Free Trade

While President Donald Trump was elected in large part to reverse the policies of his predecessor, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) thinks there is one area where former President Obama actually got it right: normalizing foreign relations with Cuba. “For over half a century, we have had an embargo with Cuba,” Paul wrote in a Reason Magazine op/ed published on Tuesday. “Not only did the Castros survive it, but they milked it for everything it was worth. As the only source of information on the island for decades, they stoked the nationalism of those Cubans who remained in Cuba to blame America for any of their shortages, instead of the true culprit: socialism.” Keep Reading

Trump Administration Revives The Bush Doctrine, Calls For Regime Change In Iran

Any person hoping that the Trump administration would depart from the long-standing foreign policy consensus of Washington D.C. should be sorely disappointed by Secretary of State Rex Tillerson’s congressional testimony this week. “I would tell you that we certainly recognize Iran’s continued destabilizing presence in the region, their payment of foreign fighters, their export of militia forces in Syria, in Iraq, in Yemen,” Tillerson said to the House Foreign Affairs Committee on Wednesday. Tillerson apparently finds it problematic that Iranian forces are working to fight ISIS throughout the Middle East. The Trump administration funnels weapons to states such as Saudi Arabia and Qatar, two countries known to support ISIS, while leading the public to believe that Iran is the grave threat in the region. This is reminiscent of the illogical Bush-era foreign policy that then-candidate Trump bashed frequently on the campaign trail last year. Although Tillerson says that the Trump administration’s policy proposal on Iran is incomplete and the President hasn’t been briefed about it at the present time,… Keep Reading

Wei Qi In The Persian Gulf

Amidst increasingly heinous accusations of Russian election interference, growing dissidence amongst the domestic United States, and the ever-enduring Rodman-Kim romance saga hailed as soft diplomacy, President Trump finds himself beset on all sides by both danger and opportunity. None are more apparent than the growing regional tensions in the Persian Gulf. To achieve an early-term masterstroke of foreign policy acumen, Trump will not find success in playing the conventional role, but in playing wei qi. Let’s rewind a bit: On June 5, 2017, a joint action was issued by Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain, Egypt, Yemen, Libya, and the Maldives to sever diplomatic ties with the small gulf-state of Qatar. The move was, at surface level, taken with shock considering the active role that the Qatari military played in Saudi Arabia’s coalition intervening in the Yemeni Civil War. Most would view this as the first piece on the board. However, Qatar had begun encirclement far before the Saudi’s could have caught on. Keep Reading

Trump Fends Off “Showboat” Comey And The Federal Zombies

He pleaded the case of a loyal soldier, rather than forsake retired US Army lieutenant general Michael Flynn to the mercies of FBI director James Comey. And he asked for loyalty from the congenitally disloyal. You’ll agree: President Donald Trump is being indicted on technicalities and on personal style. Distill the president’s unremarkable actions, subject to a Senate Intelligence Committee hearing, and it becomes clear that the establishment—for sensible people outside the beltway have dissociated from the Russia-collusion phantasmagoria—is indicting him on the plain, impolitic speech that catapulted Donald Trump from candidate to president. Rand Paul: “New Entitlements” In Senate Healthcare Bill Must Be Stopped!

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) narrowly avoided tragedy this week after a gunman shot up a congressional baseball practice, leaving a colleague in critical condition and wounding several others. President Trump started a public fight against the House Freedom Caucus, and sided with House Majority Leader Paul Ryan (R-WI) to push a bill that essentially re-branded Obamacare. Impeachment: A Cynical Bet Against America

Impeachment of Trump is still a possibility. Representative Brad Sherman, a California Democrat, has drafted articles of impeachment, and he isn’t alone in that effort. Whatever works is fine with the Democrats, but nothing has worked so far. Everyone on the left side of our political spectrum needs to prepare themselves for more disappointment. So far, they’ve been wrong about… Well, everything. Donald Trump would never get the nomination. He would never beat Hillary. Sen. Rand Paul Leads Bipartisan Charge Against Trump’s Saudi Weapons Deal

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) has assembled an impressive bipartisan coalition in the Senate to block part of President Trump’s Saudi weapons deal. Paul is concerned that the deal may cause blowback due to an ongoing Saudi Arabian military conflict with Yemen, and prominent Democrats share his concerns. “We need to send the Saudis a message that they need to get serious about the humanitarian nightmare inside Yemen,” Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) said. “Unfortunately, the administration has not used these weapons sales to apply that conditionality. But a strong message from the U.S. Senate that they don’t have a blank check from the Congress would be very important.” Murphy is leading the Democratic wing of bipartisan resistance to Trump’s weapons deal with the Saudis, which is the biggest in American history. Trump Administration Scrambles To Salvage Russian Diplomatic Ties In New Era Of McCarthyism

The Trump administration hoped to normalize relations with Russia after his predecessor’s diplomatic failures reignited a Cold War of sorts, but the sore losers in the Democratic Party are intent upon keeping the countries at odds with each other. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson is trying to repair the damage, but it is a tall order. “Today our relationships with Russia are at a very low point so the President asked me to begin a re-engagement process with Russia,” Tillerson said during a diplomatic visit to New Zealand. Tillerson was chosen as Secretary of State partly because of his strong connections to Russia. He was awarded Russia’s Order of Friendship medal in 2013 by President Vladimir Putin personally back when he was CEO of ExxonMobil. If anyone could mend fences at this point, it would be Tillerson. The Anti-Snowden: NSA Leaker Releases Classified Information To Harm President Trump

A recent leak of classified NSA intelligence has prompted comparisons to Edward Snowden’s 2013 heroism, but the two circumstances are entirely different. While Snowden released information to alert the public about systemic criminal wrongdoing, Reality Leigh Winner did her leaking to satisfy a petty, partisan vendetta against President Donald Trump. According to the crime report, Winner was contracted through the Pluribus International Corporation to work at a federal government facility in Georgia for several months. She used her Top Secret clearance to gain illicit access to privileged information, and then released it to The Intercept in an attempt to damage the President. The leaked document reads as follows, “Russian General Staff Main Intelligence Directorate actors … executed cyber espionage operations against a named U.S. company in August 2016, evidently to obtain information on elections-related software and hardware solutions. … The actors likely used data obtained from that operation to … launch a voter registration-themed spear-phishing campaign targeting U.S. local government organizations.” Keep Reading

It received over 1,000 retweets, and expressed a sentiment undoubtedly shared by the bulk of Breitbart’s readership. Rebuilding America: Trump To Unveil Trillion-Dollar Infrastructure Plan This Week

President Donald Trump will begin to release details about his massive infrastructure plan this week. Trump will be speaking in the Rose Garden today about his plans to separate air traffic control operations from the Federal Aviation Administration. He will go to Ohio on Wednesday to gin up support for his plan to improve dams and lock systems. On Friday, Trump will head to the Department of Transportation where he will lobby the bureaucracy to cut red tape by expediting the approval time for changes in roads, railways, and regulations. Military-Industrial Complex Pockets Tens Of Billions From Trump’s Saudi Weapons Deal

Trump’s America first policies are really paying off, at least if you are a multinational corporation in league with the military-industrial complex. Two of America’s most influential and well-connected defense contractors, Lockheed Martin and Boeing, stand to make tens of billions a piece from Trump’s recent weapons deal with Saudi Arabia. At a conference in New York last week, Lockheed Martin CEO Marillyn Hewson boasted that her company will likely receive up to $28 billion in new business from Trump’s record $110 billion dollar weapons deal with the Saudis. Dennis Muilenburg, CEO of Boeing, one-upped his counterpart by estimating his company will profit to the tune of more than $50 billion from the agreement. According to a 24/7 Wall Street report, these estimates span throughout the course of many decades so revenue for the company is not expected to jump immediately. Nevertheless, the military-industrial complex will be well-lubricated and these defense contractors will grow more powerful over time as a direct result of Trump’s policies. Keep Reading

Do you know what Covfefe means? Do you care? Do you think you already know? One way or the other, I’m going to tell you what it means. You may not agree and that doesn’t really matter because you’re wrong and I’m right. Or you don’t know and you’re about to find out. I’m right in that case too. Covfefe means you’re either dancing to the music or you’re with the band. I know, I know, this metaphor requires a more elaborate explanation. Bear with me. Long before the now famous tweet that has forever engraved this new entry into the cultural lexicon, Covfefe was on full display when, on January 22nd of this year, President Donald Trump tweeted out praise for the high viewership of his inauguration. This declaration immediately became the main focus of much debate and mockery, indeed it was the only focus of debate and mockery for days and days on end. Hell, bring it up now and get the debate and mockery started again,… Keep Reading

Neocons Cry As Trump Administration Imposes Fiscal Discipline Onto The Pentagon

The Trump administration’s proposed budget includes a light cap on spending for Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO). This represents only a very small anticipated decrease in certain Pentagon spending, but that hasn’t stopped neoconservatives from crying foul. OCO spending is capped at $65 billion in the Trump spending request being touted by budget director Mick Mulvaney. This is no small number, but it is down from the $83 billion that Congress approved for OCO spending in 2017. Mulvaney, a former member of the House Freedom Caucus, is intent on slowly reducing federal spending back to responsible levels, and that is wholly unacceptable to neocons insatiable in their lust for endless militarism. “If we implemented this budget, we’d have to retreat from the world and put a lot of people at risk,” Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said. The prominent neocon threatened “a lot of Benghazis in the making” would take place unless federal spending was restored to the levels reached by the Obama administration. Trump Administration Set To Pull United States From Globalist Climate Agreement

One of former President Obama’s signature achievements is set to be completely nullified. President Donald Trump has alerted EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt and other officials that he intends to withdraw from the Paris Climate deal. Trump wrote in a Tweet that was published yesterday, “I will make my final decision on the Paris Accord next week!” Although Trump is still playing it coy publicly, his private plans are apparently far different. He is planning to seize upon his “America First” mandate pertaining to the environment, and eschew the arbitrary carbon caps manufactured by globalist elites. The Obama administration had previously pledged under the Paris Climate deal that the United States would limit their carbon dioxide emissions by up to 28 percent below 2005 levels by 2025. United States carbon dioxide emissions are already declining sharply in large part due to increased energy exploration, casting even more doubt on the necessity of this agreement. Keep Reading

Trump Administration Sides With Freedom Caucus To Oppose Paul Ryan’s Border Tax

Although the Trump administration and the House Freedom Caucus have been at odds this year, both factions are coming together against a new border tax. Treasury secretary Steven Mnuchin met with the Freedom Caucus on Tuesday to give words of encouragement to the hardline conservative legislators. Mnunchin allegedly told members of the Freedom Caucus that the Trump administration is unwavering in its opposition to a border adjustment tax, according to sources obtained for an Axios report. The border adjustment tax is currently being floated by House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI). On this issue, President Trump is apparently behind the Freedom Caucus 100 percent in opposition. “Secretary Mnuchin gave great insight into the thinking of the administration on tax reform,” Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) said to Axios. Meadows is the current chairman of the Freedom Caucus. “We are well served by his leadership. It became apparent that there is a growing consensus in the administration that we must act soon to advance tax reform and BAT [the border adjustment tax]… Keep Reading

Inside Rand Paul’s Bipartisan Plan To Stop Weapons Deal For Radical Islamic Saudis

Recent news of President Trump’s $350 billion weapons deal with Saudi Arabia may have thrilled the Military-Industrial Complex and its Wall Street backers, but Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) is not pleased. He thinks the deal may have unintended consequences in the Middle East and is reaching across the aisle in an attempt to partially block the agreement. Paul’s concerns mainly stem from the Islamic dictatorship’s ongoing war in Yemen. The Saudis have been committing bombing campaigns throughout Yemen for many years, specifically focusing on civilian targets. It is expected that the weapons being funneled to the Saudis through this agreement will aid in these vicious war crimes. That is what Paul wants to bring to an end. Keep Reading

Trump’s Pushy Approach Toward NATO Shows Member Countries Who Is Boss

President Donald Trump is not content to let other heads of state run roughshod over his authority. This fact was evident during yesterday’s gathering at the North American Treaty Organization (NATO) where Trump shoved other leaders aside and told them to pay up! Trump is currently abroad on the first international trip of his Presidency, and stopped in Brussels yesterday to join other world leaders at NATO headquarters. Although Trump has softened on NATO and no longer calls for their dissolution, Trump has not abandoned hardline rhetoric toward the organization completely. Dusko Markovic, Montenegro’s prime minister, felt the wrath of Trump personally as he was abruptly shoved aside by the President before a photo op. Markovic downplayed the incident. He said, “This was an inoffensive situation. I do not see it in any other way… I want to tell you that it is natural for the president of the United States to be in the first row.” Keep Reading

The Military-Industrial Complex Cashes Out On Trump’s Saudi Weapons Deal

The big winners of the recent weapons deal that President Donald Trump brokered with Saudi Arabia appear to be the corporations serving the military-industrial complex. After the deal was announced, US defense contractors saw their stocks soar to record highs on Wall Street. Lockheed Martin was influential in setting up the deal with Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner lobbying their CEO directly. They stand to profit the most from the agreement. According to Yahoo News, Lockheed will provide missile and air defense, combat ships, tactical aircraft, and rotary wing technologies and programs to the tune of $28 billion. “We are proud to be part of this historic announcement that will strengthen the relationship between the United States and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,” Lockheed Martin Chairman and CEO Marillyn Hewson said. Birther In The Beltway: Prominent Obama Critic Given White House Press Credentials

In the age of President Donald Trump, alternative media is being legitimized and validated like never before. This titanic shift is reflected in who is receiving White House press credentials. Jerome Corsi, a reporter who cast doubt on the legitimacy of President Obama’s birth certificate, will be covering the White House on behalf of Alex Jones’ Infowars. “In an epic blow to the mainstream media’s control of the narrative, Infowars has officially received White House Press Credentials that will allow Washington Bureau Chief Jerome Corsi to attend White House press briefings,” the official announcement stated. Corsi’s first briefing came earlier today with Office of Management and Budget Director Mick Mulvaney. He brings over a decade of experience as a journalist. He had previously written for WorldNetDaily, but moved over to Infowars earlier this year to lead their new Washington, D.C. bureau. “I have to have a birth certificate. Of course, Barack Obama doesn’t,” Corsi said jokingly about the vetting process that he endured before being approved as a White… Keep Reading

North Korea Issues Demands, Orders Trump To Back Off As Precondition For Diplomacy

North Korea has issued an official response to President Donald Trump’s suggestion that he is open to talks “under certain circumstances.” The notoriously anti-American nation is open to meeting, but they have some preconditions of their own that the U.S. must follow to make it happen. “As everybody knows, the Americans have gestured [toward] dialogue,” North Korea’s Deputy UN Ambassador Kim In Ryong said on Friday as reported by Sky News. “But what is important is not words, but actions.” “The rolling back of the hostile policy towards DPRK is the prerequisite for solving all the problems in the Korean Peninsula,” Ryong said. “Therefore, the urgent issue to be settled on Korean Peninsula is to put a definite end to the US hostile policy towards DPRK, the root cause of all problems.” Keep Reading

In Search Of Monsters

The Democrats in Washington D.C. have been loud about impeaching President Donald Trump for a six month period. It seems to be their one trick pony. In fact, those on the Left are even calling out the blatant obviousness. In an article published on CNBC, a columnist stated that: “Getting back to the Democrats, their entire agenda can now be summed up as: Impeachment, resignation or bust. They’ve put all their eggs in this basket. And if they fail, a lot of their voters will clearly ask what good the current leadership is if it can’t even oust a man so much of the Democratic base sees as nothing short of the devil.” It’s fair to study the constitutionality behind an impeachment and their claims for it. First, they invoke Article II Section 4 of the Constitution, which states: Keep Reading

Kushner’s Cronyism: Trump’s Son-in-Law Uses Corporate Connections To Secure Weapons For Saudis

The Trump administration is working diligently to make Saudi Arabia great again, having secured a weapons cache totaling over $100 billion for the Islamist kingdom. It was reported that Jared Kushner, Trump’s son-in-law and his influential advisor, called up the CEO of Lockheed Martin to secure the deal himself. The New York Times issued a report yesterday describing Kushner’s “personal touch” on a $110 billion weapons deal brokered at the behest of the Saudis. Kushner called Marillyn A. Hewson, chief executive of infamous defense contractor Lockheed Martin, to persuade her to lower the price tag for his Saudi cronies. “The Trump administration is expected to frame the deal, worth about $110 billion over 10 years, as a symbol of America’s renewed commitment to security in the Persian Gulf. But former officials pointed out that President Barack Obama, whose arms sales to Saudi Arabia totaled $115 billion, had already approved several of the weapons in the package,” the Times report stated. Thomas Massie: Push By Amash, Neocons, Democrats To Impeach Trump Is “Baloney”

While most Republicans are breathing a sigh of relief that FBI Director James Comey was relieved of his position, Rep. Justin Amash (R-MI) is not among them. He has counteracted his traditional ally, Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY), to side with neoconservatives such as Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) and demand an independent investigator to look into connections between Trump and Russia. Amash didn’t stop there. He has openly expressed his disdain for Trump, saying that he trusts Comey more than the President. He is even open to working with the Democrats on impeachment efforts if any revelations are uncovered. Amash’s concerns stem from Trump allegedly advising Comey to brush off an investigation of former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn. While the possibility of nefarious behavior conducted by the President may trouble Amash, Massie summed up his colleague’s worries as “baloney.” Keep Reading

Trumpocalypse In The Making?: The President Weighs Axing Four Key Aides

President Donald Trump is getting restless. His agenda has stalled, his approval rating is cratering, and the Washington D.C. establishment won’t play ball. A report has indicated a serious shake-up is likely on its way, and many heads may roll. “The advice he’s getting is to go big — that he has nothing to lose,” a source close to Trump said, according to an Axios report. “The question now is how big and how bold. I’m not sure he knows the answer to that yet.” The report claims that possible Trump administration officials in line to receive the axe include Chief of Staff Reince Priebus, chief strategist Steve Bannon, counsel Don McGahn, and press secretary Sean Spicer, but everything is up for grabs. Trump is supposedly ready for a big change, and that means nobody is safe. “He’s frustrated, and angry at everyone,” one of Trump’s confidants said. Keep Reading

Sen. Rand Paul: Democrats “Should Be Thanking President Trump” For Firing James Comey

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) is ecstatic with President Trump’s move to fire former FBI Director James Comey, and is calling out Democrats who bemoan Comey’s dismissal as partisan hypocrites. “I don’t think there’s been any facts presented that anybody broke the law. … I don’t think there’s any evidence that anybody broke the law,” Paul said while appearing on a “Fox & Friends” broadcast this morning. Democratic leaders such as Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) have been forced to admit publicly that all efforts to find evidence of Trump colluding with Russian interests to unduly influence last year’s Presidential election have yielded nothing substantial. This has not stopped the Democrats from crying foul after Comey’s release though. “[Democrats] were for getting rid of Comey too, but now they’re gonna say it’s all about this Russia investigation, which hasn’t produced one iota of evidence,” Paul said. He called the talk of Russian involvement in last year’s election a “huge myth” fabricated to undermine the President. Keep Reading
