Detective Payne And Nurse Wubbels: What We Don’t Know

By now most of you have seen the video on your social media feeds of Nurse Alex Wubbels being arrested by Detective Jeff Payne. We all know what happened, but it’s still not clear on why it happened. Here is what we know so far: Marco Torres was running from the police in a pickup truck. The pickup went left of center and collided head-on with a semi driven by William Gray. “Unite The Right” Protest Broken Up And Moved Due To ANTIFA Terror, Police Stand Down

Leftist terror has forced today’s “Unite the Right” rally to be moved from Emancipation Park after right-wing protesters were frequently assaulted. Law enforcement stood down and refused to protect protesters, causing a state of emergency, which caused the rally to be moved far away from the Robert E. Lee statue that was the focal point of the protest. Twitter is ablaze with images and video of melees occurring between far-left and far-right protesters. You Can Be In Favor Of Policing Reform Without Being Anti-police

The past week has been tough for those of us who support law enforcement, but are also in favor of policing reform. Early Tuesday morning, video emerged of an incident in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in which a black man named Alton Sterling was killed during an altercation with police. Sterling was armed, but many believe the shooting–which took place at point-blank range while the officers were attempting to arrest Sterling for selling CDs–was excessive force, considering the videos did not show that Sterling reaching for the weapon.
