Pres. Trump: North Korea “Has No Respect For Human Life”

President Trump and South Korean Leader Moon Jae-in spoke to the press this morning about their plans to combat the North Korean regime. This meeting comes shortly after the untimely death of Otto Warmbier, who was held as a North Korean prisoner for the past year.
