Justin Amash Upholds Jeff Flake’s Sorry Legacy In The House

Yesterday, Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ) announced his retirement. Flake, one of the biggest hypocrites and disappointments of the Senate in recent years, thought he could help his political ambitions by opposing Donald Trump. He postured against Trump by constantly visiting Mosques, rubbing elbows with Planned Parenthood, and echoing Democratic talking points. He thought this would put him on the path for the Presidency; instead, it put him on the unemployment line. Rand Paul Backs President, Refuses To Give Standing Ovation During Jeff Flake Publicity Stunt

Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ), a stalwart of last year’s failed ‘Never Trump’ movement, issued a vocal disavowal of President  Trump on the Senate floor on Tuesday, before announcing his decision not to run for re-election.  While vocal Trump critics Sens. Bob Corker (R-TN) and John McCain (R-AZ) showered Flake with praise and applause, and Sen.
