Milo Yiannopoulos’ Immediate Resurgance Shows Media Hitmen Are Losing Power

Just a few months ago, mainstream media commentators were doing victory laps over Milo Yiannopoulos’ fall from grace. Dropped from his post at Breitbart News and forced to apologize over controversial comments regarding pedophilia, establishment liberals and conservatives alike were breathing sighs of relief thinking that Milo finally was out of their hair. Those establishment politicos counted their chickens before they hatched. With news breaking that Milo’s book Dangerous is being self-published and buzz around the book gaining rapidly, their hopes to ruin Milo have been effectively dashed. The b*tch is back, completely independent, more popular than ever, and with a chip on his shoulder. This media hitjob did not take. “Read the book the globalists and the corporations are desperate for you not to read, and hear the truth about me and the social justice warriors of the Left,” Milo said in a said in a statement promoting his upcoming book. Alex Jones: My Radio Show Is a Trump-Free Zone!

Conspiracy-minded radio host Alex Jones has been under fire in recent weeks undergoing a series of messy public legal battles. Jones is under so much heat that he has even warned his close ally, President Donald Trump to stay off his radio show! “The truth is I told the president — I’m like, “Down the road some time, once we’ve got the big agenda through, please come on.” And he’s like, “How about soon? how about, yeah, I want to come on. How about next week?” “Sir, I’m not sure that would be good. I’ve said a lot of things — a lot of things out of context. I’m just not sure about that.” He just paused. See. See how that works? It isn’t about me. It’s about victory,” Jones said on his radio broadcast recorded May 12. Keep Reading

‘Putin’ Her Place: Russian Foreign Minister Smacks Down Anti-Trump Media Hack

In an incredible display of tone-deaf arrogance, corporate media stalwart Andrea Mitchell complained about dishonesty and a lack of access from the Trump White House. Mitchell’s boisterousness even drew the ire of a Russian bureaucrat during a State Department press conference today. “I have never seen anything like this where people just flat-out lie,” NBC News’ chief foreign affairs correspondent Andrea Mitchell said in a recent Politico interview. “You know, black is white and white is black, and they mislead you. It’s really disconcerting to see the podium in the White House briefing room being used to mislead or misdirect or obfuscate.” Keep Reading

The Desperate Left Flings Feces

The battle of ideas between the left and right wings of our nation’s politics has perhaps never been as bitter as it is now. And it is certainly well outside of our lifetime since the liberal side of the war has been so outmatched. Desperate for ammunition, the Left has taken to hurling handfuls of excrement in lieu of journalistic integrity. Yesterday morning, at Mother Jones, Kevin Drum published a piece titled, “Why Do Republicans Hate Obamacare?” The article peaked early when he started it with a cursory list of suspect accomplishments credited to the law, and it went downhill from there as he tip-toed around a few of the most minor problems with the ACA while ignoring the vast majority of the most troubling ones. Kevin didn’t exactly lie, but he certainly didn’t tell us the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. By the time the article was over the poor guy had devolved into a foot-stamping simian, one whose hands were alternating between covering… Keep Reading

The Importance Of Startup Political Publications: Entrepreneurship And Information

Years ago when I was in my first year of undergraduate study at my university, I had an inkling of what I desired to do as a career outside of pure academia: political journalism. But in order to do it and make something of a living at it, I didn’t quite know where to start – politically, I was a bit of a square peg, with my socially liberal views oftentimes seen as directly contradictory to my fiscally conservative ones. And yet, a handful of smaller publications that shared my vociferously individualistic approach to political writing, and fortunately, they decided to take a chance on me. These outlets were essentially start-ups; virtual magazines without printing presses and major publishing houses behind them; backed my passionate and ingenious entrepreneurs rather than bug businessmen in overprices suits and bottom lines. Seeking the truth and shooting straight – not selling fixed narratives to a certain demographic – were the desires that drove these guys to build their own little media empires. I felt… Keep Reading
