In Canada, Being a Terrorist Can Really Pay Off

Canadian-born Omar Khadr was captured in 2002 while fighting American soldiers with the Taliban in Afghanistan, and later plead guilty to murdering Sergeant First Class Christopher Speer with a grenade before an American military court in 2010. For his crimes, he was enriched by the Canadian government on Jul. 5 in the form of $10.5 million dollars. In addition, the Canadian government is going to apologize to Khadr, but both the reasons for the money and for the apology have not been disclosed, according to The Canadian Press. Not only did Khadr, by his own admission, murder an American soldier as well as blind another, but he also helped the Taliban develop weapons with explosive capabilities to be used against American forces. Khadr served ten-years in the Guantanamo Bay prison facility, and was handed over to the Canadian government in 2012. Because he was 16 at the time of his capture, and that he served time in the left’s bête noir, Guantanamo Bay, leftists and Muslims claimed that American… Keep Reading

Is Cultural Marxism A Conspiracy Theory?

A common allusion that you will see made on various right-leaning political websites (and some that have gone far beyond leaning to the right) is an allusion being made to the concept of “Cultural Marxism.” It’s certainly a term that I have used in the past, including the series of articles that ultimately started my website. However, something that I have taken notice of in recent days is the fact that both Wikipedia (which is supposed to be a politically neutral site) and Rational Wiki (an openly left-leaning site, albeit one that is substantially less idiotic than their ideological brethren) state that the very concept of “Cultural Marxism” is a mere conspiracy theory, that there’s no factual basis to any claims of such, and anybody who does use the claim is literally using a rhetorical device from Nazi Germany. Transgenderism Is a Myth

Our once great nation is overflowing with poseurs who make believe they’re fighting the good fight against an uneducated army of Philistines, that is, anyone who votes Republican. And so, the myth goes, without the posturing of pawns in entertainment, news media, social media, politics and government, the least fortunate and most misunderstood among us (blacks, Hispanics, gays, transgenderism, etc.) would be crushed under the unfeeling boot heels of puritan era artifacts who long ago outlived their usefulness, if they were ever useful to begin with. Unpaid big-mouthery is all the rage these days and it always has been; people are frequently lazy but they’re opinionated too. The bifurcated quest for righteous bragging rights and the path of least resistance leads inevitably to the human inclination to proclaim outrage at the supposedly outrageous while doing next to nothing to correct often wholly imagined injustices. Crybaby Culture

Over the past several years, those of us on the right have watched in semi-stupefied horror as the traditions and morals that serve as the bedrock of our culture have been eroded under an incessant bombardment of cultural Marxism. Those values that built this nation (not to mention much of western civilization) are under open attack by an army of social justice warriors whose main obsessions are political correctness and the obliteration of anything resembling traditional America: Conventional gender roles, the family unit, modesty and humility, strength – both physical and mental, veneration of our elders, self-respect, gravitas, hard work, etc. Perhaps the most in-your-face example of the erosion of our traditions and values is the collective liberal tantrum toward the election of Donald Trump.
