Rand Paul Confronted Globalist General H.R. McMaster Over Afghan Surge

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) met with National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster recently and confronted him over his advocacy for increased U.S. presence in Afghanistan, according to an interview with Reason on Friday. “I saw McMaster not too long ago, and I gave him grief about the Afghan War and said it’s a huge mistake,” Paul recounted to Reason‘s Matt Welch. “Well, but it’s not nation building,” McMaster replied. “How can it be anything but national building?” Paul asked McMaster. “We’re on our 16th year there, and you think you’re still fighting the last war. What you’re doing is trying to create a… Keep Reading

Pastor Clinton?

To hear Hillary Clinton’s considering becoming a lay-preacher has created a social media firestorm of comments and opinions. The biggest challenge in addressing whether her qualifications as a lay-preacher are valid is the likelihood that her supporters are standing by, ready to pounce on anyone who questions the former First lady’s interest in sharing her faith. Regardless, even under the threat of public scrutiny, some real questions need to be asked. If Clinton is serious about this latest endeavor, her actions and political stances will certainly come into question. Not to beat a dead horse, but she was responsible for… Keep Reading

The Deep State Attempts a Coup

Hitler’s 1923 coup attempt, best known as the Beer Hall Putsch, was only a nominal failure. The immediate result was his arrest, trial, and conviction, though his sentence was barely carried out. The long-term effect was to inspire in him the belief that power is best achieved through engagement with the ruling regime and existing democratic apparatus. Ten years later, his goal was accomplished by way of his legitimate but coercive ascendancy to the Chancellorship and the implementation of the Enabling Act. World War II put an end to his ambitions but Hitler’s prowess in actualizing his aspirations within the… Keep Reading

When The Left Turned On Wikileaks And Abandoned Chelsea Manning

Once upon a time, in a time that feels long ago, the American left was staunchly opposed to war. Former President George W. Bush was an evil man because he sent the United States military into Iraq as part of an invasion based upon lies. The weapons of mass destruction justification for overthrowing Saddam Hussein turned out to be false, as long suspected. It was all a lie and people died. Wikileaks, a whistleblower website that was dedicated to transparency, in an age when governments won’t have any part of it, became a hero of the left for helping expose the Iraq… Keep Reading

CNN’s Anthony Bourdain Compares Trump Restaurant Chefs To Nazi Soldiers

This election cycle has certainly been polarizing. With partisan polarization comes extreme rhetoric, outlandish comparisons, and otherwise strongly negative attacks. Celebrities and prominent politicians were endlessly triggered for month by a presidential campaign many were not prepared for. The rise of Republican businessman Donald Trump was something many were not expecting, and now that he’s been elected, the President-Elect’s countdown to inheriting the White House has caused full blown meltdowns across the country. Among those is CNN’s Anthony Bourdain, who hosts “Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown.” Keep Reading

The Death Of Definition: How 2016 Reset America’s Political Spectrum

Among the many time-honored structures left in ruins by the 2016 presidential process, perhaps nothing has suffered more than our comfortable set of political labels. Terms like “conservative”, “progressive”, “liberal”, “libertarian”, and even “classic liberal” (courtesy, Speaker Paul Ryan) have been growing dull for years, but this year seems to have become so useless that warring activists under each label were forced to drop their weapons, crawl out of their respective trenches, scratch their heads, and try to figure out which side they really belonged on. Who can blame them? Every election has its share of word-bending, but 2016 dropkicked… Keep Reading

What Donald Trump Should Have Said To America

It’s become increasingly likely that the election is already over, and Donald Trump will lose to Hillary Clinton. However, there does remain a few glimmers of hope – one being the insurgent candidacy of Evan McMullin, and his “deny 270” strategy, the other being Trump’s withdrawal from the race. During the final debate with Hillary Clinton, when the candidates were given time to make a closing statement, in the interest of preserving the United States of America, and preventing the catastrophic damage a Clinton Presidency would unleash, Donald Trump should have used all his time (and take all the time he needed) to… Keep Reading

The Trump Tape And The Rise Of Fake Outrage

On October 7, Wikileaks released more hacked DNC emails. The latter confirm what many Republicans, independents, and Democrats have long known: Hillary Clinton, who billionaires back 20-to-one over Donald Trump, is the Bankster’s candidate, the candidate of Wall Street. Between 2013 and 2015, Clinton raked in $20 million for speeches that she delivered to Goldman Sachs and other big banks. Clinton admits that she needs the support of the banks to get elected to office. She also acknowledges that she is a proponent of open borders and precisely the sort of “free trade” arrangements that many working-class Americans blame for… Keep Reading

The First Presidential Debate: The Crook Vs. The Clod

The first debate between the two least-admired nominees in electoral memory was a puerile display; an embarrassing 90-minute bum fight detrimental to the viewing public and inimical to a Republic which once had higher standards. At the end of 90 minutes, it is clear that Trump knows little to nothing about foreign policy, global economics, and how the Constitution works; while Hillary knows little to nothing about integrity, honesty and how the Constitution works. They are – both of them – unfit for the office, with Hillary being worse. Yes, Lester Holt asked Trump many negative questions (about tax returns, the “birther” issue, the… Keep Reading

Vanishing Labor

You may have read the piece in the Wall Street Journal: “America’s Unworking Men”. I agree with the comments that the Democrat Party benefits from increasing joblessness. It makes sense when we consider the Democrat model for expanding their political power: 1.) Strengthening control from the top through the regulatory and tax power of the Washington-Wall Street Axis. This is the “corporate socialism” (a.k.a. Fascism) that makes the Clinton Crime Syndicate the preferred political puppets of the lobbyist class, the bureaucrat class, and the “too big to fail” money firms. The money side of this Axis replenishes the Democrat Party coffers, and… Keep Reading
