Sanders Challenged By Democrat Who Blames The Senator For Trump’s Win

Disgruntled Democrats have blamed Hillary Clinton’s decisive election loss to Russian hacking, and, among other reasons, on FBI Director James Comey. But Jon Svitavsky blames Clinton’s Democratic challenger during the primaries, Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders for Trump’s victory. “I hold him absolutely, centrally responsible for Donald Trump being president,” Svitavsky said. Svitavsky, a Clinton supporter whose energies are usually devoted to championing the homeless, is channeling his anger against Sanders by entering politics for the first time and running against him–even though Sanders has not yet made his campaign for re-election official. Svitavsky also blames Democrats for allowing the self-described Independent into the fold. He said, “I believe that Bernie Sanders’ entire involvement with the Democratic party has been devastating. I think it was a big mistake for the Democratic Party to let him in in the first place.” Despite Sanders overwhelmingly winning the Vermont Democratic primary last year by carrying 85 percent of Democratic voters, Svitavsky smells blood in the water, and believes that grassroots Democrats want Sanders out… Keep Reading

Bad News For Bernie Sanders

Bad news has been piling up for renowned pinko socialist crackpot Bernie Sanders since Debbie Wasserman-Schultz and the DNC screwed him over in his bid to become the Democratic nominee to run against President Trump. The party bosses and delegates carried water for the lesser candidate and greater of two evils, Hillary Clinton, and the result was a November surprise that will be dissected ad infinitum for the rest of our nation’s history. There has been some good news for the Senator. His anti-capitalist ravings have given him abundant wealth, which helped him procure for himself a swanky lakeside retreat in Vermont, his third home. The man who once claimed children are starving because our nation produces too much deodorant is doing well for himself privately by way of the system of economics he publicly excoriates. The Suffering Of The One Percent: “Beach House” Bernie Sanders And Wife Investigated For Fraud

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), self-proclaimed champion of the underdog, has been calling for big government to put the rich elites in their place for many years. Now Bernie and his wife, Jane, may be receiving exactly what he asked for–good and hard! Jane Sanders was the President of Burlington College, a small, liberal arts school in Vermont, from 2004 to 2011. Under her stewardship, the college fell to pieces under the weight of crushing debt. The school will be closed at the end of the month, pretty much singlehandedly because of Sanders’ mismanagement, but now a probe is singling at her and her husband for potential criminal wrongdoing. Jane is accused of deliberately misrepresenting the number of donors on a 2010 loan application to the People’s United Bank for $10 million needed to buy 33 acres of lakefront property for the college. Additionally, Politico recently reported that prosecutors will be looking into allegations that Bernie used the power of his Senatorial office to inappropriately urge the bank to approve… Keep Reading

Scalise Shooter Identified As ‘Democratic Socialist’ Who Wanted To “Destroy Trump”

James Hodgkinson of Belleville, Illinois has been identified as the terrorist responsible for opening fire on a group of Republican Congressmen at a baseball practice earlier today, hitting House Majority Whip Steve Scalise (R-LA), according to a report by NBC News. Hodgkinson was shot by Capitol Police and later died of his injuries. Hodginson is said to have initially approached Rep. Jeff Duncan (R-SC) and Rep. Ron DeSantis (R-FL), asking them whether the group playing baseball were Republicans or Democrats. He then returned to his vehicle, presumably to collect his weapons, before firing at the Republican politicians on the field. Hodgkinson’s Facebook page provides an important insight into his ideological persuasion. It features a profile picture praising democratic socialism, and a cover photo featuring Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-VT). On his wall, he makes clear his endorsement of Sen. Sanders, saying, “I want Bernie to win the White House”, as he “really care about the working class”. He also expresses an admiration of Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), declaring that he is… Keep Reading

Impeachment: A Cynical Bet Against America

Impeachment of Trump is still a possibility. Representative Brad Sherman, a California Democrat, has drafted articles of impeachment, and he isn’t alone in that effort. There’s growing support within the shrinking opposition party for the ouster of President Trump by hook or by crook or by both. Whatever works is fine with the Democrats, but nothing has worked so far. Everyone on the left side of our political spectrum needs to prepare themselves for more disappointment. So far, they’ve been wrong about… Well, everything. Donald Trump would never get the nomination. He would never beat Hillary. The GOP was about to be destroyed for good and replaced with a utopia of uninhibited one-party rule. The exact opposite has happened in every case, and the left has been demonstrating an epic degree of sore-loser-syndrome ever since. This is the stuff of legend, but not the good kind, it’s more akin to the Hindenberg or the Titanic. Keep Reading

The Joyless Ingratitude Of The Postmodern Left

If by the fluke of your birth you were to find yourself in Ethiopia, it wouldn’t be unusual for you to travel several miles, by foot, to obtain perhaps the most basic necessity of life on this planet, besides breathable air that is. Water. People in Ethiopia walk for hours and miles to fill up filthy buckets at a well of dubious health quality and then walk for hours and miles back to the squalor of their hovels, only to re-embark on the quest once again the next day. It’s walk or die. It’s a battle for survival against the most natural state of humanity: poverty. It’s a state of being that most sane people strive to avoid or escape. For those of the postmodern mind, it’s a state to strive after. But you weren’t born in Ethiopia, or any other third world hellhole where the difference between life and death is an experience akin to torture. You were born in the United States of America, the richest and… Keep Reading

Healthcare Is Neither a Right Or a Privilege

A few days ago I had the opportunity to participate in a brief discussion on the subject of healthcare, more precisely, whether it is a right or a privilege. The person I was talking with is one of those who frames the debate in terms of a false dilemma: healthcare is either a right or a privilege. If it is not one it must be the other, the former being the morally upright side of the debate, the latter being on the side of evil corporations and systemic greed aimed at killing and robbing as many poor people as possible. Stated again, this is a false dilemma. Healthcare is neither a right or a privilege, it is a service subject to scarcity and hence, subject also to the principles of economics. Keep Reading

“Beach House” Bernie Shills For The War Party; Calls For Syrian Intervention

Even though he failed to win the Democratic Presidential nomination last year, Bernie Sanders won a large national platform to spread his message. His message is typically seen as populist and anti-establishment, but on the issue of Syria, Sanders is lining up next to Hillary Clinton and the military industrial complex in calling for regime change. “Let’s all recognize that, in a world full of disgusting dictators, Bashar Assad maybe ranks at the top… We’ve got to work with countries around the world for a political solution to get rid of this guy and to finally bring peace and stability to this country,” Sanders said in a Meet the Press interview this weekend. Donald Trump Is No Conman

Since the beginning of his campaign to become President of the United States, Donald Trump has been accused of being a fraud. He is, according to the Left and the Never Trump movement, a conman. One of the most outlandish theories to date has been that he was deliberately self-destructing both himself and the Republican Party to help his old-crone crony, Hillary Clinton. For a time – a short time – I thought there might be something to the theory. I have since reformed myself and come to grips with reality. Not everyone is as smart as I am. The authenticity of his aspirations is unmistakable to the millions who voted for him, but the sincerity of his determination to Drain the Swamp and Make America Great Again is called into question every day by both common folk who vote for anyone with a D next to their name and the professional big mouths of the pundit/propaganda class. When President Trump told Jim Acosta at a fiery press conference… Keep Reading

Why Does The Left Riot? Because They Don’t Work!

On Saturday, hundreds of thousands of protesters took to the streets of Washington D.C. to express their disdain for the live incarnation of sexism, President Donald J. Trump himself, and the misogynist patriarchy during the Women’s March on Washington. Throughout the 2016 election cycle, massive and unprecedented rioting and protesting has taken place at Trump rallies, after election night, and again during and after the inauguration. What brings the left out in force to riot? And why weren’t Republicans doing the same thing to President Obama, Bernie Sanders, and Hillary Clinton? Rioting became out of control during several Trump rallies this past year, the most notable being the March 11th, 2016 rally at The University of Illinois in Chicago. Trump was forced to cancel the event after agitators violently clashed with Trump supporters inside and outside the venue. I attended another Trump event days later. Astroturfed protesters showed up in force carrying Mexican, and ironically, Soviet flags. As I said at the time, they were the worst behaved people… Keep Reading

Top Dems Denounce Alleged Bigot Bannon, Endorse Proven Bigot Ellison

When President-elect Donald J. Trump appointed Stephen Bannon, alleged anti-Semite, as White House chief strategist, Democrats and some Republicans were outraged. Now, those very same Democrats are voicing support for Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN), verifiable anti-Semite, to become DNC Chair. In November, Bannon was selected to fill the role of White House chief strategist and senior counselor to Trump. Bannon previously served as a Naval officer, investment banker for Goldman Sachs, and movie producer before becoming head of Breitbart News, a self-declared ‘platform for the alt-right’, in 2012. Under Bannon’s leadership, Breitbart has actively promoted Trump and published several allegedly racist and anti-Semitic stories. In August, Bannon left Breitbart to join the Trump campaign as its CEO. The Anti-Defamation League and the Southern Poverty Law Center have condemned Bannon’s selection because of his perceived bigotry and anti-semitism. Though these left-leaning groups castigated Bannon, the Zionist Organization of America as well as former Breitbart Editor-at-Large Ben Shapiro, an Orthodox Jew, came to his defense against the claims of anti-semitism. Shapiro,… Keep Reading

Death With Dignity: The Principled Insanity Of Conservative Electoral Strategy

“We don’t win anymore.” If there’s one overwhelmingly applicable truth that conservatarians can glean from the deranged ramblings of Herr Trump, it’s the one his campaign has helped reinforce this cycle at the expense of the constitutional right: we don’t win anymore. Conservatives have become the Cleveland Browns of American politics. Sure, on a good year we can string together a few regular-season wins, but the most we can hope for by the postseason is a high draft pick and a new coach. Only we don’t ever get a new coach. We just keep trying the same failed plays over and over again, causing our veteran players to become resentful and despondent, and our young talent to go all Johnny Manziel. Trump’s army of quasi-populist tariff zombies have joined with Reince Priebus and Republican Party leadership to run roughshod over principled conservatives this year, and the losses are continuing to pile up. Yet the difficulty of this primary season is just a little beach spray compared to the November tsunami that’s… Keep Reading

Bernie Sanders May Have Sold Out; But His Supporters Will Not

Bernie Sanders may be calling for unity within the Democratic Party, but that doesn’t mean that his supporters will oblige. Yesterday, I spent the day live streaming the Bernie Sanders demonstrations outside of the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It took mere moments around these activists to realize that these revolutionaries were not planning to roll over and support the Democratic nominee. I interacted with hundreds of Bernie Sanders supporters throughout the day. Activists and delegates alike were adamant about one thing: their voices were being suppressed and they were tired of taking it lying down. Demonstrators felt betrayed and used by the Democratic Party. With the revelations from Wikileaks, it had pushed many over the edge. The speculation that the Democratic National Committee (DNC) was conspiring against them now became fact to the supporters with the emails released. Many on the streets of Philadelphia were truly angry at the DNC and Hillary Clinton. These were passionate people who whole-heartedly believe in the ideas of progressivism. And led by Hillary Clinton, their ideas… Keep Reading

Hillary Clinton: The Undemocratic Nominee

Everyone’s suspicions were confirmed when it was revealed last week that the Democratic National Committee (DNC) had planned on a Hillary Clinton nomination before a single ballot was cast.  Through various leaked documents stretching back to before the voting actually began, we received a first hand look last week at the inner workings of the DNC and their love affair with electing another Clinton.  As it turns out, poor Bernie Sanders never stood a chance, and Democrats everywhere have been made to look like fools for believing their vote actually mattered in this rigged party nomination. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, chairwoman of the DNC, has been the puppeteer behind the scenes pulling all the strings, making it virtually impossible for there to be anything but a Clinton on the ticket for the Democrats.  This should really come at no surprise for those familiar with Wasserman Schultz’s history, however, in 2008 she was co-chair for Hillary’s campaign.  This documents seem to solidify the link, and if nothing else, at least give… Keep Reading

Bernie Sanders, Karl Marx, And “Democratic Socialism.”

Despite his bleak prospects for securing the Democrat nomination, Bernie Sanders has amassed a popularity that indicates his ideas are far from dead. Sanders is a Socialist, and young people in particular love it. But, they are quick to remind us, he is not like the brutal Marxist regimes we read about in our history books…he’s a DEMOCRATIC Socialist. We are told that this is a considerable difference. But is Democratic Socialism so different from historic Marx’s Socialism? Let’s take a look at the history of these ideas: The term “Socialism” was coined by Pierre Leroux, a Saint-Simonian (referring to those influenced by Saint Simon, who is often considered the father of Socialism, although this is contestable). The Saint-Simonians, in the tradition of all the early Socialists, favored the complete abolition of private property, which they believed was the basis for exploitation. They therefore wanted to abolish private property in its entirety. The early socialist ideas were muddy, though. When the Saint-Simonians were referring to private property, they only… Keep Reading
