As Hillary Remains Free, Attorney General Jeff Sessions Focuses On Failed Drug War

When Donald Trump was campaigning for President last year, thousands of Americans chanted “LOCK HER UP!” throughout the country referring to his opponent, Hillary Clinton. Once elected, Trump supporters expected Attorney General Jeff Sessions to follow the campaign’s mandate and proceed to investigate Clinton for her e-mails, Libyan war crimes, and other atrocities she has committed over the years. Instead of fulfilling the Trump mandate, Sessions has gone rogue. He is pursuing his decades-long fetish of marijuana prohibition and working feverishly with the intent of doubling-down on possibly the most destructive policy in modern American history: the federal drug war. “Task Force subcommittees will also undertake a review of existing policies in the areas of charging, sentencing, and marijuana to ensure consistency with the Department’s overall strategy on reducing violent crime and with Administration goals and priorities,” Sessions wrote in a memo back in April. Sessions has his underlings on President Trump’s Task Force on Crime Reduction and Public Safety working to create a tenuous link between marijuana use… Keep Reading

Trump, Bannon Push Back Against McMaster’s Proposed Afghanistan Troop Surge

President Donald Trump has refused to sign off on a proposal by National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster to increase the U.S. military presence in Afghanistan, according to a report by Politico‘s Susan Glasser. According to Glasser, a “heated debate” arose, with McMaster and Secretary of Defense James Mattis on one side, and the President and his Chief Strategist Steve Bannon on the other, which was described by senior officials present as a “s*** show”. The President was reportedly “dissatisfied” with the proposal, which resulted in him “sending it back to his national security team demanding more work”. He later told reporters, “I want to find out why we’ve been [in Afghanistan] for 17 years.” Keep Reading

Kid Rock Emerges As Senate Favorite, Tops Democratic Opponent In Early Poll

When Kid Rock (real name Robert Ritchie) announced his run for Senate earlier this month, most people dismissed it as a joke or a publicity stunt to promote an upcoming album. After making it clear that he was absolutely in it to win it, Kid Rock now tops incumbent Sen. Debbie Stabenow (D-MI) in the polls. Polling firm Delphi Analytica questioned 668 Michigan residents between July 14 and 18 about the potential Senate race. Their results showed that 30 percent of Michigan residents would prefer Kid Rock while 26 percent of Michigan residents would prefer Stabenow in a head-to-head showdown. The largest number, 44 percent, remain undecided. “Michigan, once part of the Democrats vaunted “Blue Wall” is suddenly a battleground where Democrats and Republicans are now fighting for blue collar voters. This became a central theme during the 2016 election season, where Donald Trump won over the white working class vote,” Delphi Analytica wrote in their summary of the results. “The question now is whether that support will rub… Keep Reading

Netanyahu To Europe: “Secure Your Borders”

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was caught on a hot mic earlier this week calling upon Eastern European leaders to adopt tougher immigration policies to keep their nations secure, according to a report by the Times of Israel. Netanyahu stated that he believes in the free movement of goods, “but not people”. “Secure your borders. Secure your borders,” he said, repeating for emphasis. The Israeli leader stressed the effectiveness of border walls, noting that his nation had “blocked the border not only in Egypt but in the Golan Heights.” Keep Reading

Drexel University Professor Bucks Hate Speech

Once upon a time when professors, no matter how homicidal their statements, or writings, or today, their tweets, could always avoid career trouble by hiding behind the tried-and-true protection of claiming their comments were “satirical.” And college administrations, composed of former professors, often closed ranks behind one of their own, particularly if the professor was a leftist, and was expressing politically correct sentiments, no matter how homicidal the content. But bring money into the mix in the form of donors and prospective students, and sometimes such protection only goes so far. Such is the case with Drexel University. Back in December, when George Ciccariello-Maher, an associate professor of history and politics, tweeted “All I Want for Christmas is White Genocide,” the professor claimed that the Drexel administration supported his right to “vigorous public debate.” And such was the impression, as, although the University denounced the tweet as “utterly reprehensible” and “deeply disturbing,” nothing else was done. Maher took the familiar route of claiming the tweet was simply engaging in… Keep Reading

Award-Winning Playwright Finds Trump Worse Than His Play’s Villain

Roy Marcus Cohn was the chief hatchet man for Senator Joseph McCarthy, and he went even further than the Senator in practicing thuggish and unprincipled tactics. Because of such behavior, Cohn had drawn the wrath of both right and left. For conservatives, Cohn, with his bullying and baseless methods, damaged the cause of anti-Communism for decades. For liberals, Cohn was a Bill of Rights-shredding hypocrite; who, despite being gay, hunted down and purged the government of homosexuals. Since his death in the 1980s, Cohn has since had a considerable after-life in popular culture. James Woods portrayed Cohn as a hyperactive fascist who used his powers to secure more romantic time with fellow staffer David Schine, then in the Army; which assured the Army-McCarthy hearings that took both he and McCarthy down. By far the most famous depiction, however, has been his deathbed appearance in playwright Tony Kushner’s Angels in America; a Reagan-era play about the AIDS epidemic. In the play, Kushner depicted Cohn as a hate-spouting homophobe who at… Keep Reading

The “Free Syrian Army” Whines After President Trump Cuts Off Their Federal Aid

It is no secret that Syrian terrorists were, more or less, on the federal payroll during the Obama administration. Former President Obama, with support from partisan Democrats and neoconservatives, followed the policy of encouraging terrorists to overthrow Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. This would have created a situation analogous to what occurred in Libya or Iraq after American foreign interventions rocked those countries. But the so-called “Free Syrian Army” got a rude awakening this week that there is a new sheriff in town after news broke that Trump ended a CIA program designed to help them overthrow the Assad government. “Certainly this decision will have results and consequences on the Syrian scene, particularly in the north and the south. The halt of support to the FSA by the international community is a factor in escalation of Assad’s strength and the strength of the extremist groups,” the FSA commander said. Keep Reading

Young Americans For Liberty President Cliff Maloney Jr. Addresses “Liberty Summer” Victims In Lengthy E-Mail

After weeks of denials and stonewalling, Young Americans for Liberty President Cliff Maloney Jr. finally addressed the “Liberty Summer” campaign in Michigan that he and YAL Mobilization Director Justin Greiss worked on–and helped to funnel YAL activists toward–last month. The initial “Liberty Summer” campaign in Michigan was scrapped entirely amidst allegations of fraud and abuse, resulting in every young person sent home prematurely. We have obtained the email that Cliff sent to “Liberty Summer” activists this morning. Its contents are as follows: Keep Reading

Liberal Media Shrieks In Horror As Trump Cuts Off ISIS’ Aid In Syria

The liberal media is once again crying foul after President Donald Trump terminated a CIA program to help Syrian President Bashir al-Assad’s opposition in Syria. The media cares more about the fact that Russian President Vladmir Putin supported this move than the fact that terrorists such as ISIS and the Al Nusra–jihadis literally at war with the United States–were directly aided by this CIA program. Trump met with National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster and CIA Director Mike Pompeo before ultimately making the decision to cut off the program that began in 2013 under his predecessor. This follows news of a Russian-U.S. ceasefire in Syria that was agreed upon after Putin and Trump met during the G20 Summit in Germany earlier this month. Under another President (particularly a Democrat), the liberal media would be gushing over the diplomatic brilliance of these moves. But in the age of widespread Trump derangement syndrome, liberal media personalities are actually mourning ISIS and using Trump’s move as more ‘evidence’ for fevered conspiracy theories about… Keep Reading

Rand Paul Backs Trump On Sessions: “He Should Have Been More Supportive Of The President”

During a Thursday interview on Fox & Friends, a TV show popular with President Donald Trump, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) attempted to repair his reportedly fraught relationship with President Donald Trump. Sen. Paul was initially asked by host Brian Kilmeade about his phone conversation with President Trump last night. “We have a good rapport,” Paul replied. “He understands where I am – that I am really probably the most adamant that we should repeal Obamacare.” Asked about remarks made by Trump to the New York Times about Jeff Sessions’ decision to recuse himself from the ongoing Russia investigation, Paul firmly backed the President. “I think the President has a point, because the thing is here is that if everyone is going to recuse themselves just for incidental contact, I don’t think you get really good governance,” Paul said. “I think Jeff Sessions’ contact with Russians was incidental in the usual duties of being in the Senate.” “He should have stayed in the fray and should have been more supportive of… Keep Reading

Top Pentagon General: North Korean Military Lacks Capability To Strike The United States

While North Korea–led by the childish and deranged dictator Kim Jong-un–clearly wants to be taken seriously on the global stage as a world power, the United States military is not buying it. They see North Korea as little more than a paper tiger, and do not believe that the nation has the ability to accurately hit the United States with missiles. Pyongyang’s state-controlled media organs reported that North Korean intercontinental ballistic missile tests conducted on July 4 were successful, and demonstrated to the world that the small nation actually has the capability to attack the United States. However, General Paul Selva, who serves as the second highest-ranking U.S. military official, doubts the claims made by communist propagandists in North Korea. “What the experts tell me is that the North Koreans have yet to demonstrate the capacity to do the guidance and control that would be required,” Selva said. Furthermore, Selva claimed that North Korean missile tests did not demonstrate “the capacity to strike the United States with any degree… Keep Reading

Rand Denies Report Of Rift With Trump: “I’ve Been One Of His Strongest Defenders”

During a Wednesday appearance on ABC’s Good Morning America, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) hit back against a report by the New York Times which claimed that President Donald Trump’s previously close relationship with him had soured. The Times report states that Trump told a group of Republican Senators at a Monday dinner “how annoyed he was” at Rand Paul for his appearances on multiple Sunday shows in opposition to the Better Care Reconciliation Act (BCRA). “It is one thing to vote no,” Trump reportedly said. “It is another to go on all of the Sunday shows and complain about it.” Keep Reading

Trump Administration Takes Initial Steps To Renegotiate NAFTA

The United States is taking the next steps to renegotiate the globalist North American Free Trade Agreement, Principal Deputy White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said on Monday. U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) Robert Lighthizer released a comprehensive summary of the Trump administration’s negotiating objectives, with reducing the trade deficit with Canada and Mexico as their main goal. The release of these objectives will lay the groundwork for negotiations that are anticipated to begin later in the summer. “Under President Trump’s leadership, USTR will negotiate a fair deal,” Lighthizer said in a statement. “We will seek to address America’s persistent trade imbalances, break down trade barriers, and give Americans new opportunities to grow their exports. President Trump is reclaiming American prosperity and making our country great again.” Since NAFTA was signed into law by former President Bill Clinton back in 1994, the U.S. trade balance with Mexico has gone from a $1.3 billion surplus to a $64 billion deficit. Farmers and ranchers have encountered market access issues with Canada… Keep Reading

Trump Announces New Iranian Sanctions That May Jeopardize Obama’s Nuclear Deal

The Trump administration has announced a new regime of sanctions against Iran to push back against their ballistic missile program. Critics believe these new sanctions may jeopardize the Iranian nuclear deal that was one of former President Obama’s signature accomplishments. “Even as we continue to work to prevent Iran from ever obtaining a nuclear weapon, we cannot look away while Iran threatens our country and our allies in ways beyond their nuclear threat,” White House spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders said to reporters today. The sanctions will be aimed at 18 entities and people who the United States believes to be “illicit Iranian actors or [engaging in] transnational criminal activity.” “The United States remains deeply concerned about Iran’s malign activities across the Middle East which undermine regional stability, security, and prosperity,” the State Department said in a press release. Republican Senators Stand With Rand To Block Obamacare Bailout Legislation

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) has been the main conservative proponent for weeks trying to stop an Obamacare bailout that is being pushed by Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and other moderate Republicans. His hard work has paid off with Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) and Sen. Jerry Moran (R-KS) officially announcing that they will reject the Obamacare bailout, ultimately killing the legislation. “After conferring with trusted experts regarding the latest version of the Consumer Freedom Amendment, I have decided I cannot support the current version of the Better Care Reconciliation Act,” Lee said. “In addition to not repealing all of the Obamacare taxes, it doesn’t go far enough in lowering premiums for middle class families; nor does it create enough free space from the most costly Obamacare regulations.” “We should not put our stamp of approval on bad policy,” Moran said. President Donald Trump was a supporter of McConnell’s plan, but was wise to keep himself in the middle of the polarized debate. He recently endorsed Paul’s plan to repeal Obamacare… Keep Reading

White House Kicks Off ‘Made In America’ Week

This week, the White House will be hosting 50 companies from across the country, each intended to represent a state. The companies will display a product that they manufacture in the United States, such as a NASA spacesuit made by ILC Dover LP, Delaware’s representative. Steinway, representing New York, will display a piano. Shotgun chaps made by K Bar J Leather, on behalf of South Dakota, will be displayed as well. The list goes on from there. Press Secretary Sean Spicer talked up this campaign at yesterday’s off-camera press briefing, stating that the country has an “incredible span of American products.” But no endeavor by the Trump White House goes without criticism. One correspondent pointed out that some do not believe Trump “is the right vessel for this message.” “After all, [President Trump] has shirts made in China and Bangladesh and India.  Other products made–like Trump vodka made in the Netherlands,” the correspondent said. Spicer responded that his perspective was different. President Trump’s history as a businessman is beneficial for the future of… Keep Reading

Attorney General Jeff Sessions To Double Down On Federal Civil Asset Forfeitures

Attorney General Jeff Sessions was a notorious drug warrior while serving in the Senate. Those hoping that President Donald Trump, who actually supported the full legalization of drugs in the past, would reign Sessions in have had their hopes dashed as Sessions announced today that federal civil asset forfeitures will expand during the Trump administration. “[W]e hope to issue this week a new directive on asset forfeiture—especially for drug traffickers,” Sessions said to a National District Attorneys Association conference in Minneapolis Monday. “With care and professionalism, we plan to develop policies to increase forfeitures. No criminal should be allowed to keep the proceeds of their crime. Adoptive forfeitures are appropriate as is sharing with our partners.” Civil asset forfeiture is a legal fiction created by government lawyers to seize assets from suspected criminals before they are even convicted in a court of law. By charging the property in question with a civil suit rather than the individual, law enforcement is able to sell off assets of the accused before… Keep Reading

Despite Threats Of Violence, Ben Shapiro Will Speak At Berkeley

A form of leftist tyranny in the age of Trump is to adopt and practice the popular slogan of African-American activists, “no justice no peace,” by so-called anti-Fascist groups organized against Trump’s “fascism.” To their credit, African-American activists usually, but not always, organize around this slogan to protest actual events, frequently involving alleged wrongdoing committed against blacks by the police. “Justice” means the police officer, if proclaimed innocent of such “crimes” by juries, must go to jail. The “no peace” part of the slogan carries with it the threat of violence if such a demand is not met. It is inevitable that the self-proclaimed “anti-fascist” groups, always playing fast and loose with the fascist label, would carry out such tactics. The crucial difference is that these groups, unlike their African-American counterparts, aren’t attacking actual “crimes,” but the very ideas of those who don’t share their leftist ideology. For them, the “no peace” is used to pressure universities into bowing before their demands. Keep Reading

Massie Expresses Disgust Over Military Transgender Funding While Amash Defends His Actions

Liberty-minded Reps. Thomas Massie (R-KY) and Justin Amash (R-MI) have hit an impasse when it comes to military transgender funding. Massie is up-in-arms over Congress’ decision to reject an amendment to the 2018 NDAA proposed by Vicky Hartzler (R-MO) to ban military transgender funding while Amash is standing by his controversial vote against the amendment. “I voted to reverse Obama’s policy of allowing the military to pay for sex changes for soldiers. I’m shocked and disappointed that this amendment failed,” Massie wrote in a post on his Congressional Facebook page. “The sponsor of the legislation says that paying for sex changes in the military could cost over $1 billion in the next several years,” Massie wrote. “It’s my understanding that even private insurance does not pay for sex changes, so why should the military?” Hartzler’s amendment read as follows: “Funds available to the Department of Defense may not be used to provide medical treatment (other than mental health treatment) related to gender transition to a person entitled to medical… Keep Reading

Democrat Peddles Conspiracy Theory Regarding Suicide Of Republican

Conspiracy theory provides comfort for those who cannot accept that real life is uncontrollable, and supplies them with the notion that evil, powerful people assassinate those who threaten their power. It also allows them ready-made defenses when investigations provide no hard evidence for their scenarios; they claim that the very absence of corroborating truth for their assertions show that the conspiracy is alive and well in the government and, thus is covering-up evidence that implicates them. This example of unsubstantiated accusations practically owned by the Grassy Knoll School of history is being practiced by Democrats hoping that some of the mud they are continuously throwing at Republicans will stick. Virginia Woman Gives Voice For North Korean Refugees To Speak Out Against Tyranny

While Democrats expend all of their firepower in trying to establish collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia, a Virginia woman has been quietly performing the “duty” Democrats claim they organize for–giving voice to the repressed. The duty in question concerns a Virginia woman’s efforts in finding defectors from Stalinist North Korea and giving them a microphone in which to expose the horror of living in the infamously repressive regime. But for Suzanne Scholte, who heads the Defense Forum Foundation, the goal is not just to show the liberty-crushing methods of the North Korea regime; her mission is also to provide hope and inspiration to those who suffer under the blood-thirsty dictator, Kim Jung Un. For over ten years, Scholte has helped finance a South Korean-based radio program headed by North Korean defectors designed to provide their former countrymen with the very news censored by the regime–the truth about the United States–and to provide much-needed hope to Un’s subjects. Reps. Justin Amash And Thomas Massie Clash Over Military Transgender Funding

Rep. Justin Amash (R-MI) and Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) have been thick as thieves throughout their Congressional tenure, but find themselves more frequently at odds during the Trump era. Their most recent disagreement stems from a failed amendment to the 2018 NDAA that would have banned the funding of transgendered surgeries by the military. “Still in disbelief that Congress passed a defense authorization (NDAA) earlier today that funds sex changes for members of the military, as well as $43 billion for our 17th year of the war in Afghanistan. I voted no,” Massie wrote in a Facebook post after the NDAA passed but the amendment to block military transgender funding failed. After Amash had previously referred to headlines indicating that he had voted to authorize military transgender funding as “fake news,” he was asked about Massie’s remarks. Amash responded that he felt his long-time colleague was missing the mark in his assessment. “He is wrong here,” Amash wrote on Facebook in response to Massie. “The NDAA does not fund… Keep Reading

Uncuckable: Tucker Carlson Takes Down Russia Sensationalist And Neocon Shill In Back-to-Back Shows

Fox News host and ratings kingpin Tucker Carlson orchestrated a stunning takedown of two neoconservative pundits on back-to-back nights over the topic of Russia. He debated FOX News contributor Ralph Peters and Council on Foreign Relations fellow Max Boot this week. Both Tucker Carlson Tonight guests argued successively that Russia represented an existential national security threat to the United States–one even more dangerous than that of the Islamic State–with Boot attesting the leftist conspiracy theory that Russia had stolen the 2016 US Election. Peters in particular proved beholden to grandiose moral equivocations. He informed Carlson that he “sounded like Charles Lindbergh in 1938 saying Hitler hasn’t attacked us” for proposing that the United States cooperate with the world’s second strongest military power to destroy ISIS. While perhaps Peters’ Hitler equivocation would resonate with the Trump-era left–with its frequent proclivities for using Hitler and Nazi comparisons at the slightest of whims–this tired and intellectually unoriginal accusation increasingly rings dry and hollow with right-leaning Americans. In this confused day and age dominated by… Keep Reading

Democrats Continue Peddling False Information Deliberately

While Democrats feverishly attempt to link the Trump campaign with Russia, there is actual proof that the Clinton campaign had its own unsavory ties to Russia by peddling disinformation planted by Moscow. The disinformation in question concerns sources in Russia telling a former British spy named Christopher Steele that the Trump campaign aided the effort of Russia to hack Clinton campaign computers. Steele had his own ties to the Clinton campaign when researching the charges via “information” given to him by Russian sources. A Clinton donor paid for Steele’s researches via Fusion GPS, a company that gathers partisan information for Democrats to use against the GOP. After receiving the dossier, Fusion handed it immediately over to Democrats and the mainstream media. The Clinton campaign and Democrats peddled the supposed criminal activities their opponents engaged in with help from the Kremlin that resulted in Trump’s victory. Keep Reading

Professor Has Had Enough Of Political Correctness

A Columbia professor is castigating one of the academic left’s most cherished concepts: that of “white privilege,” according to The Atlantic. Justin Amash Joins RINOs & Democrats To Secure Military Transgender Funding

Representative Justin Amash, a self described fiscal conservative, and 23 other so-called Republicans joined together with Democrats to shoot down an amendment proposed by Missouri Rep. Vicky Hartzler that could potentially have saved upwards of $1.3 billion over the next decade by prohibiting the Pentagon from paying for surgeries and hormone therapy for mentally ill soldiers who are confused about what sex they are. Voting along with all 190 Democrats present and Justin Amash were Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, who has a transgender son, as well as anti-Trump moderate Carlos Curbelo and Planned Parenthood apologist John Katko. Hartzler maintained the amendment was intended to focus the attention of the U.S. military on confronting the nation’s adversaries — such as North Korea, Russia and the Islamic State — instead of other tasks. “We must confront these challenges by ensuring our defense dollars maximize the military’s readiness and lethality,” Hartlzer said. “That is why I’m offering an amendment to advance these goals by prohibiting taxpayer dollars from funding gender reassignment surgeries and related… Keep Reading

The Catholic Church Still Believes In Exorcisms, Blames Rise In Demonic Possession On The Internet

Exorcisms, claimed by its practitioners to save the lives of those inhabited by “demons,” are causing the deaths of those seeking psychological help via religion. Nevertheless, the Vatican is taking possession seriously. The métier of the exorcism ceremony does not confine itself to sprinkling holy water on the “possessed,” or shouting Bible verses at them, but instead uses potentially lethal means in its current modern-day form. Kyong-A Ha, who sought religious means to deal with his insomnia via the Jesus-Amen Ministries, was murdered by exorcists during a six hour ceremony involving physical abuse in 1995. The leader of the California church whose members beat Ha to death was unapologetic. Jean Park, who heads the congregation, said to the police that the physical “damage to Ha was done by demons.” Exorcists and church leaders regularly justify their procedures because of the never-ending battle between God and these supposed demons. Libertarian Civil Rights Official Stands Up For Men’s Rights In Universities

Libertarian activist Candice E. Jackson was recently appointed by President Donald Trump as the top civil rights official in the Department of Education. In her role, she is trying to address the oft-taboo issue of men’s rights on college campuses, where feminists and other leftists have worked to create a culture of hysteria against males. Education Secretary Betsy DeVos heard it from all sides throughout the day. She met with assault victims, students who were accused of assault alongside their families, higher education officials, and advocates from both sides of the aisle. While DeVos maintains her objectivity, Jackson is an outspoken advocate for the falsely accused. She says that there is “not even an accusation that these accused students overrode the will of a young woman” in most campus sexual assault claims. “Rather, the accusations — 90 percent of them — fall into the category of ‘we were both drunk,’ ‘we broke up, and six months later I found myself under a Title IX investigation because she just decided… Keep Reading

Dan Rather Refuses To Go Away

Like his beloved Clintons, Dan Rather refuses to go away in shame. This venerable dean of the mainstream media clearly has no shame or awareness of his liberal bias (he once told then-employee Peggy Noonan that he was a centrist), evidenced by his recent return to his familiar role of bashing Republicans and carrying water for Democrats. It was this very liberal bias that caused Rather to resign from CBS for feverishly peddling documents revealed to have been false purportedly showing that former President George W. Bush received preferential treatment while in the Texas National Guard during the Vietnam War. Perhaps Rather was heartened by a recent film about the incident, “Truth,” starring uber-liberal Robert Redford as the anchor, which promoted the idea that the documents were genuine. The former news anchor has not only appeared on television to bash Trump and Republicans in general and support Democrats, but he has also expressed his bias on social media. In a positively Leninist note, Rather wrote during the campaign that… Keep Reading

Rand Paul Warns Fellow Republican Senators Against Passing Obamacare Bailout

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) is concerned yet again about his fellow Republican Senators disregarding their campaign promises and pulling another fast one on the American public. Senate Republicans are set to pass legislation that will bail out Obamacare and permanently tie the inevitable failure of the bureaucratic monstrosity to the GOP, and Paul is desperately trying to stop them. “I don’t think some miracle happens with this Republican plan. The main thing that happens is now the…dysfunctional part of the marketplace is going to be blamed on Republicans,” Paul said on “Newsmax Now” with Bill Tucker. A revised health care plan, pushed by Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and other prominent Republican lawmakers, was released today. It would earmark $70 billion as a bailout of sorts for failing insurance exchanges to be paid out over the next decade. Earlier plans to cut certain tax hikes implemented through Obamacare were jettisoned in this new proposal as well. Keep Reading

Reporter Gets Demoted For Accurately Depicting Anti-Semitism At LGBTQ March

Political correctness is so rampant and inconsistent that its issues frequently clash, and progressive groups are forced to choose between which issue to champion and which one to betray. For members who do not agree with their group’s prioritizing one cause over another and choose defend the cause their comrades have left in the dust instead, the result is often expulsion. A case in point concerns a journalist whose expose of Jewish women being kicked out of a LGBTQ march in Chicago last month resulted in disciplinary action from her employer. For her accurate work, she was removed from the journalism department and parked in the sales division of The Windy City Times. Despite winning several journalism awards and laudably donating her kidney to a sick individual, reporter Gretchen Rachel Hammond was still humiliated by the transfer. Although not admitted by her employer, the clear reason for this humiliation was her article exposing how three Jewish women who waved Israel flags during the Dyke March Collective were forced to… Keep Reading

Although they technically broke no laws with their demonstration, they were still promptly arrested for their stunt. Rep. Amash: “We Deserve Answers” On “Serious & Disturbing” Donald Trump Jr. Emails

Even In Texas, Diversity Warriors Hurl Racist Accusations At Conservatives

Even the reliably red-state Texas is being subjected to insane diversity battles at its colleges. The location of the retreat, Fish Camp, has since time immemorial been organized “to welcome freshmen into the Aggie family by sharing the traditions and values of Texas A&M University and creating a universally accepting support system that allows them to build relationships and embody the Aggie spirit.” But despite this laudable purpose, Hispanic student Cynthia Mendiola has attacked the Camp for its lack of diversity based on its group photos. The hard-line conservative lawmakers stymied Trump and drew his ire on health care reform, but on the issue of immigration, they are firmly in his corner and agitating aggressively to get his border wall appropriated in the budget. “There is nothing more critical that has to be funded than funding the border wall for two reasons,” Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) said in an exclusive interview with Breitbart News. “One is it is a commitment that the president made to the American people and one that he intends on keeping, but the second part of that is for our national security we must secure our borders. And the American people will accept no less.” The Freedom Caucus is so serious about their stand that they are more than willing to cause a government shutdown at the end of the fiscal year if the Congress doesn’t get their act together, remember why… Keep Reading

Sanders Challenged By Democrat Who Blames The Senator For Trump’s Win

Disgruntled Democrats have blamed Hillary Clinton’s decisive election loss to Russian hacking, and, among other reasons, on FBI Director James Comey. But Jon Svitavsky blames Clinton’s Democratic challenger during the primaries, Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders for Trump’s victory. “I hold him absolutely, centrally responsible for Donald Trump being president,” Svitavsky said. Svitavsky, a Clinton supporter whose energies are usually devoted to championing the homeless, is channeling his anger against Sanders by entering politics for the first time and running against him–even though Sanders has not yet made his campaign for re-election official. Svitavsky also blames Democrats for allowing the self-described Independent into the fold. He said, “I believe that Bernie Sanders’ entire involvement with the Democratic party has been devastating. I think it was a big mistake for the Democratic Party to let him in in the first place.” Despite Sanders overwhelmingly winning the Vermont Democratic primary last year by carrying 85 percent of Democratic voters, Svitavsky smells blood in the water, and believes that grassroots Democrats want Sanders out… Keep Reading

Liberal Norwegians Refuse Voluntary Tax Hike, But Demand Higher Taxes For Everyone

The center-right government of Norway has constructed a policy that has really showcases the folly and hypocrisy of leftist thinking. By creating a voluntary tax scheme allowing virtuous liberals to pay more, they put leftist rhetoric to the test. Would these supposedly compassionate liberals put their money where their mouths are, or would they demonstrate their lack of generosity? “The tax scheme was set up to allow those who want to pay more taxes to do so in a simple and straightforward way,” Finance Minister Siv Jensen said in a comment emailed to Bloomberg reporters. “If anyone thinks the tax level is too low, they now have the chance to pay more.” Liberals, predictably, showed their true colors and ponied up very little dough to help the state. The plan grossed only $1,325 in voluntary revenue during its first month of existence, far behind all projected estimates. Still, the leftist politicians in Norway want higher taxes for the entire population despite the public’s unwillingness to pay them without the… Keep Reading

Professor Wants An Academic Study To Examine Trump’s Constituents

Rather than seeking to understand the constituency behind Donald Trump’s popularity, then-candidate Hillary Clinton instead dismissed them as the “deplorables.” But her husband, who–whatever one says about Bill Clinton–is probably the most astute politician today, was not so dismissive, and blamed Obama for ignoring the “white working class for eight years.” Amazingly, given academia’s far left reputation, a professor wants to understand rather than castigate the white voters without college degrees who put Trump into office. John Banzhaf, a professor at George Washington University Law School, wants to add a new program to college studies that will examine the “white middle class.” This proposed discipline, which Banzhaf calls “blue collar studies,” would be designed to “understand the very strong feelings of despair and hopelessness which caused so many of them to vote for Trump.” Keep Reading

The North Korean Problem Exacerbates Tensions Between US And China

President Donald Trump’s bellicose approach to handling relations with North Korea does not appear to be paying off. China is unimpressed with Trump’s threats and saber-rattling, and is sticking with their diplomatic approach to handling the authoritarian regime. “There’s been a lot of wishful thinking on the U.S. side that China was coming around in its approach,” said John Delury, a Seoul professor who studies North Korean affairs. Trump previously made remarks that China was coming around on North Korea, and the nation was willing to mirror his tough approach toward the repressive dictatorship. Trump’s optimistic talk turned out to be premature, and the Trump administration has shifted in recent weeks to aggressive rhetoric toward China as well. Keep Reading

In Canada, Being a Terrorist Can Really Pay Off

Canadian-born Omar Khadr was captured in 2002 while fighting American soldiers with the Taliban in Afghanistan, and later plead guilty to murdering Sergeant First Class Christopher Speer with a grenade before an American military court in 2010. For his crimes, he was enriched by the Canadian government on Jul. 5 in the form of $10.5 million dollars. In addition, the Canadian government is going to apologize to Khadr, but both the reasons for the money and for the apology have not been disclosed, according to The Canadian Press. Not only did Khadr, by his own admission, murder an American soldier as well as blind another, but he also helped the Taliban develop weapons with explosive capabilities to be used against American forces. Khadr served ten-years in the Guantanamo Bay prison facility, and was handed over to the Canadian government in 2012. Because he was 16 at the time of his capture, and that he served time in the left’s bête noir, Guantanamo Bay, leftists and Muslims claimed that American… Keep Reading

Paul, Trump In Close Coordination On Health Care, McConnell Displeased

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) and President Donald Trump have lately emerged as close political allies, and continue to be involved in discussions pertaining to the Obamacare repeal legislation, much to the chagrin of Republican establishment figures both within the Senate and the White House, according to a Friday report by Burgess Everett and Josh Dawsey in Politico. The article states that several White House officials and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell have “long since given up on” winning over Sen. Paul’s vote for the repeal effort, with McConnell describing Paul as a “lost cause”. Despite this, Trump is continuing to push adamantly for Paul’s stamp of approval due to their close personal relationship. According to an aide close to Paul, Trump would like the ultimate bill to “move a little more to Rand Paul’s views.” Keep Reading

By Meeting With Putin, President Trump Shows Democrats How Diplomacy Is Done

It has been a disappointing week for Democratic opponents of President Trump. After following up his Twitter war against the mainstream media with a speech in Poland proclaiming the supremacy of the West, Trump met with Russian President Vladimir Putin earlier today for a diplomatic visit in Germany that went swimmingly for all parties. “President Putin and I are discussing various things, and I think it is going very well. We’ve had some very very good talks. We’re going to have a talk now, and obviously that will continue, but we look forward to a lot of very positive things happening for Russia, for the United States, and for everybody concerned. It is an honor to be with you,” Trump said during the meeting. Speaking through a translator, Putin expressed his concern about deteriorating diplomatic relations with America. He said that although the world leaders had “several times talked over the phone, including on some very important bilateral and international issues,” that was “obviously not enough” moving forward. Putin… Keep Reading

#CNNBlackmail Goes Viral After Media War Involving President Trump Gets Personal

The world of journalism and social media is a very odd place, especially in the era of President Donald Trump. There is very little difference between a troll and a reporter these days, and the fallout from Trump posting a meme showcases just how badly the lines have been blurred in the digital age. Over the weekend, President Trump posted a relatively innocuous meme on Twitter of himself giving a body slam to a man with CNN’s logo cropped over his head. This was a version of a popularly shared meme based on Trump’s 2007 WrestleMania appearance. Widely understood to be a joke, the humor was lost on CNN who compared the Tweet to a threat of actual violence. CNN went on the offensive from there, and targeted the person they believe to be the original meme creator. They even resorted to stalking the alleged creator of this meme, finding his personal information, threatening to expose his personal information on their airwaves unless he produced a coerced apology, and then… Keep Reading

Trump To Attack EU, Call For Defending Civilization In Poland Speech

President Donald Trump’s much awaited speech in Warsaw, Poland later today is sure to satisfy his base, as he will call for a defense of Western civilization and criticize the European Union (EU) for its bureaucracy and lax immigration policies. In excerpts of the speech released by the White House, Trump is set to declare that Poland should be “an example for others who seek freedom and who wish to summon the courage and the will to defend our civilization.” Trump will then state, “While we will always welcome new citizens who share our values and love our people, our borders will always be closed to terrorism and extremism.” Keep Reading

Rex Tillerson: US Presence To Be Limited In Syria, Fate Of Assad “Now Up To Russia”

The Trump administration has given a variety of mixed messages regarding foreign affairs, with different cabinet members and key advisors contradicting each other on an almost daily basis. However, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has remained constantly in favor of normalizing Russian relations and de-escalating tensions with Syria. He made remarks on Monday that should make all non-interventionists breathe a sigh of relief. Tillerson assured UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres that U.S. policy in Syria would be reduced to “limited tactical goals” and that U.S. forces would not jeopardize the regime of embattled President Bashar al-Assad. Additionally, Tillerson handed off any responsibility for the Syrian government by saying that the fate of Assad is “now up to Russia.” Keep Reading

America’s Constitution PAC Aims To Spur New Tea Party Movement, Defeat Obamacare

With Obama no longer in the oval office, the right wing is less focused on Constitutional issues, but not every conservative and libertarian has given up on that fight. One political action committee is sweeping into action right as they are needed most–to help Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) and other conservative hardliners in their fight to defeat Obamacare. “I was at these tea party rallies with a hundred thousand people on the Mall in Washington,” Paul said last week on Philadelphia talk radio. “Where are those people now and what happened to a movement that said that we believed in free markets, freedom, choice, competition? Now, all of a sudden, we’re saying there needs to be more Medicaid money is the supposed repeal?” America’s Constitution PAC was founded to remind conservatives that principles matter even when Republicans are in power. They are leading the way to foment Tea Party-style resistance against Senate Republicans who want to break their campaign promises to repeal Obamacare completely. Keep Reading

Killer Globalism: EU Death Panel Sentences Sick Child To Die, Trump Objects

A worldwide controversy has showcased the cruel and inhumane nature of socialized medicine. The European Union high court refused to overturn a British court ruling that sentenced a sick baby to die, which has sparked worldwide outrage from individuals who want the tyke to have a chance at life. Charlie Gard, less than a year old, is afflicted with the very rare condition called mitochondrial DNA depletion syndrome (MDDS). Apparently only 16 people worldwide are known to carry the condition. MDDS causes weakness of the muscles, the deteriorating of various tissues, and brain damage. It is usually fatal in infants, which is why British doctors decided to pull the plug on young Charlie. In a tear-jerking display, Charlie’s dad, Chris, was forced to beg the state to spare his child’s life. “He deserves this chance… My son is the apple of my eye and I would do anything for him,” he said. Chris Gant’s appeals didn’t move the courts. British doctors, British bureaucrats, British courts, and then the European… Keep Reading
