Cucked By The ADL: Gavin McInnes Institutes Thought Control On His “Proud Boys”

It’s always like conservatives and libertarians to take a good thing and ruin it unnecessarily. After the Anti-Defamation League–the leftist thought control agency–profiled controversial Rebel Media and Compound Media host Gavin McInnes as a racist and potential terror threat for founding the Proud Boys, he responded with a near-immediate purge of alt-right members from his pro-West fraternal organization. “For the record, #ProudBoys [Virginia] are not alt-right. Stop splitting the group w that sh-t. If you are a [Virginia] PB who is [alt-right], you’re not a [Virginia] PB,” McInnes wrote in a Tweet with ominous ramifications for his group as a whole, which is supposed to have local autonomy. McInnes certainly did the cause of freedom a favor by creating the Proud Boys, but it seems his creation has gotten out of hand. It caught on very quickly, and became a national phenomenon faster than anyone could have reasonably imagined. Looking at their old promotional video, it may have began as a complete joke. As a frequent Compound Media watcher, that… Keep Reading

As Hillary Remains Free, Attorney General Jeff Sessions Focuses On Failed Drug War

When Donald Trump was campaigning for President last year, thousands of Americans chanted “LOCK HER UP!” throughout the country referring to his opponent, Hillary Clinton. Once elected, Trump supporters expected Attorney General Jeff Sessions to follow the campaign’s mandate and proceed to investigate Clinton for her e-mails, Libyan war crimes, and other atrocities she has committed over the years. Instead of fulfilling the Trump mandate, Sessions has gone rogue. He is pursuing his decades-long fetish of marijuana prohibition and working feverishly with the intent of doubling-down on possibly the most destructive policy in modern American history: the federal drug war. “Task Force subcommittees will also undertake a review of existing policies in the areas of charging, sentencing, and marijuana to ensure consistency with the Department’s overall strategy on reducing violent crime and with Administration goals and priorities,” Sessions wrote in a memo back in April. Sessions has his underlings on President Trump’s Task Force on Crime Reduction and Public Safety working to create a tenuous link between marijuana use… Keep Reading

Kid Rock Emerges As Senate Favorite, Tops Democratic Opponent In Early Poll

When Kid Rock (real name Robert Ritchie) announced his run for Senate earlier this month, most people dismissed it as a joke or a publicity stunt to promote an upcoming album. After making it clear that he was absolutely in it to win it, Kid Rock now tops incumbent Sen. Debbie Stabenow (D-MI) in the polls. Polling firm Delphi Analytica questioned 668 Michigan residents between July 14 and 18 about the potential Senate race. Their results showed that 30 percent of Michigan residents would prefer Kid Rock while 26 percent of Michigan residents would prefer Stabenow in a head-to-head showdown. The largest number, 44 percent, remain undecided. “Michigan, once part of the Democrats vaunted “Blue Wall” is suddenly a battleground where Democrats and Republicans are now fighting for blue collar voters. This became a central theme during the 2016 election season, where Donald Trump won over the white working class vote,” Delphi Analytica wrote in their summary of the results. “The question now is whether that support will rub… Keep Reading

The “Free Syrian Army” Whines After President Trump Cuts Off Their Federal Aid

It is no secret that Syrian terrorists were, more or less, on the federal payroll during the Obama administration. Former President Obama, with support from partisan Democrats and neoconservatives, followed the policy of encouraging terrorists to overthrow Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. This would have created a situation analogous to what occurred in Libya or Iraq after American foreign interventions rocked those countries. But the so-called “Free Syrian Army” got a rude awakening this week that there is a new sheriff in town after news broke that Trump ended a CIA program designed to help them overthrow the Assad government. “Certainly this decision will have results and consequences on the Syrian scene, particularly in the north and the south. The halt of support to the FSA by the international community is a factor in escalation of Assad’s strength and the strength of the extremist groups,” the FSA commander said. Keep Reading

Young Americans For Liberty President Cliff Maloney Jr. Addresses “Liberty Summer” Victims In Lengthy E-Mail

After weeks of denials and stonewalling, Young Americans for Liberty President Cliff Maloney Jr. finally addressed the “Liberty Summer” campaign in Michigan that he and YAL Mobilization Director Justin Greiss worked on–and helped to funnel YAL activists toward–last month. The initial “Liberty Summer” campaign in Michigan was scrapped entirely amidst allegations of fraud and abuse, resulting in every young person sent home prematurely. We have obtained the email that Cliff sent to “Liberty Summer” activists this morning. Its contents are as follows: Keep Reading

Liberal Media Shrieks In Horror As Trump Cuts Off ISIS’ Aid In Syria

The liberal media is once again crying foul after President Donald Trump terminated a CIA program to help Syrian President Bashir al-Assad’s opposition in Syria. The media cares more about the fact that Russian President Vladmir Putin supported this move than the fact that terrorists such as ISIS and the Al Nusra–jihadis literally at war with the United States–were directly aided by this CIA program. Trump met with National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster and CIA Director Mike Pompeo before ultimately making the decision to cut off the program that began in 2013 under his predecessor. This follows news of a Russian-U.S. ceasefire in Syria that was agreed upon after Putin and Trump met during the G20 Summit in Germany earlier this month. Under another President (particularly a Democrat), the liberal media would be gushing over the diplomatic brilliance of these moves. But in the age of widespread Trump derangement syndrome, liberal media personalities are actually mourning ISIS and using Trump’s move as more ‘evidence’ for fevered conspiracy theories about… Keep Reading

Top Pentagon General: North Korean Military Lacks Capability To Strike The United States

While North Korea–led by the childish and deranged dictator Kim Jong-un–clearly wants to be taken seriously on the global stage as a world power, the United States military is not buying it. They see North Korea as little more than a paper tiger, and do not believe that the nation has the ability to accurately hit the United States with missiles. Pyongyang’s state-controlled media organs reported that North Korean intercontinental ballistic missile tests conducted on July 4 were successful, and demonstrated to the world that the small nation actually has the capability to attack the United States. However, General Paul Selva, who serves as the second highest-ranking U.S. military official, doubts the claims made by communist propagandists in North Korea. “What the experts tell me is that the North Koreans have yet to demonstrate the capacity to do the guidance and control that would be required,” Selva said. Furthermore, Selva claimed that North Korean missile tests did not demonstrate “the capacity to strike the United States with any degree… Keep Reading

Trump Announces New Iranian Sanctions That May Jeopardize Obama’s Nuclear Deal

The Trump administration has announced a new regime of sanctions against Iran to push back against their ballistic missile program. Critics believe these new sanctions may jeopardize the Iranian nuclear deal that was one of former President Obama’s signature accomplishments. “Even as we continue to work to prevent Iran from ever obtaining a nuclear weapon, we cannot look away while Iran threatens our country and our allies in ways beyond their nuclear threat,” White House spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders said to reporters today. The sanctions will be aimed at 18 entities and people who the United States believes to be “illicit Iranian actors or [engaging in] transnational criminal activity.” “The United States remains deeply concerned about Iran’s malign activities across the Middle East which undermine regional stability, security, and prosperity,” the State Department said in a press release. Republican Senators Stand With Rand To Block Obamacare Bailout Legislation

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) has been the main conservative proponent for weeks trying to stop an Obamacare bailout that is being pushed by Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and other moderate Republicans. His hard work has paid off with Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) and Sen. Jerry Moran (R-KS) officially announcing that they will reject the Obamacare bailout, ultimately killing the legislation. “After conferring with trusted experts regarding the latest version of the Consumer Freedom Amendment, I have decided I cannot support the current version of the Better Care Reconciliation Act,” Lee said. “In addition to not repealing all of the Obamacare taxes, it doesn’t go far enough in lowering premiums for middle class families; nor does it create enough free space from the most costly Obamacare regulations.” “We should not put our stamp of approval on bad policy,” Moran said. President Donald Trump was a supporter of McConnell’s plan, but was wise to keep himself in the middle of the polarized debate. He recently endorsed Paul’s plan to repeal Obamacare… Keep Reading

Attorney General Jeff Sessions To Double Down On Federal Civil Asset Forfeitures

Attorney General Jeff Sessions was a notorious drug warrior while serving in the Senate. Those hoping that President Donald Trump, who actually supported the full legalization of drugs in the past, would reign Sessions in have had their hopes dashed as Sessions announced today that federal civil asset forfeitures will expand during the Trump administration. “[W]e hope to issue this week a new directive on asset forfeiture—especially for drug traffickers,” Sessions said to a National District Attorneys Association conference in Minneapolis Monday. “With care and professionalism, we plan to develop policies to increase forfeitures. No criminal should be allowed to keep the proceeds of their crime. Adoptive forfeitures are appropriate as is sharing with our partners.” Civil asset forfeiture is a legal fiction created by government lawyers to seize assets from suspected criminals before they are even convicted in a court of law. By charging the property in question with a civil suit rather than the individual, law enforcement is able to sell off assets of the accused before… Keep Reading

Young Americans For Liberty Scandal Goes Viral, Students For Liberty Host To Cover ‘YAL-Gate’ Tonight

It is now official: all of the work that the Young Americans for Liberty activists did in Michigan on their “Liberty Summer” for the “Clean Michigan Government” campaign was for naught. The “Clean Mi Govt” campaign for a part-time legislature, spearheaded by career politician Brian Calley to rehab his image for his upcoming run for Governor, has been a catastrophe on every imaginable level. Calley’s public image, already in the dumps because of his tenure as Lieutenant Governor next to infamous water-poisoning Governor Rick Snyder, has sunk even lower after his part-time legislature campaign came unglued under his watch. Last week, the Detroit News revealed the campaign’s extensive connections to entrenched lobbyists and dark money PACs. Worse yet, the miserable campaign gave a unique glimpse the corrupt underbelly of the national student liberty movement. Keep Reading

Massie Expresses Disgust Over Military Transgender Funding While Amash Defends His Actions

Liberty-minded Reps. Thomas Massie (R-KY) and Justin Amash (R-MI) have hit an impasse when it comes to military transgender funding. Massie is up-in-arms over Congress’ decision to reject an amendment to the 2018 NDAA proposed by Vicky Hartzler (R-MO) to ban military transgender funding while Amash is standing by his controversial vote against the amendment. “I voted to reverse Obama’s policy of allowing the military to pay for sex changes for soldiers. I’m shocked and disappointed that this amendment failed,” Massie wrote in a post on his Congressional Facebook page. “The sponsor of the legislation says that paying for sex changes in the military could cost over $1 billion in the next several years,” Massie wrote. “It’s my understanding that even private insurance does not pay for sex changes, so why should the military?” Hartzler’s amendment read as follows: “Funds available to the Department of Defense may not be used to provide medical treatment (other than mental health treatment) related to gender transition to a person entitled to medical… Keep Reading

Reps. Justin Amash And Thomas Massie Clash Over Military Transgender Funding

Rep. Justin Amash (R-MI) and Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) have been thick as thieves throughout their Congressional tenure, but find themselves more frequently at odds during the Trump era. Their most recent disagreement stems from a failed amendment to the 2018 NDAA that would have banned the funding of transgendered surgeries by the military. “Still in disbelief that Congress passed a defense authorization (NDAA) earlier today that funds sex changes for members of the military, as well as $43 billion for our 17th year of the war in Afghanistan. I voted no,” Massie wrote in a Facebook post after the NDAA passed but the amendment to block military transgender funding failed. After Amash had previously referred to headlines indicating that he had voted to authorize military transgender funding as “fake news,” he was asked about Massie’s remarks. Amash responded that he felt his long-time colleague was missing the mark in his assessment. “He is wrong here,” Amash wrote on Facebook in response to Massie. “The NDAA does not fund… Keep Reading

Libertarian Civil Rights Official Stands Up For Men’s Rights In Universities

Libertarian activist Candice E. Jackson was recently appointed by President Donald Trump as the top civil rights official in the Department of Education. In her role, she is trying to address the oft-taboo issue of men’s rights on college campuses, where feminists and other leftists have worked to create a culture of hysteria against males. Education Secretary Betsy DeVos heard it from all sides throughout the day. She met with assault victims, students who were accused of assault alongside their families, higher education officials, and advocates from both sides of the aisle. While DeVos maintains her objectivity, Jackson is an outspoken advocate for the falsely accused. She says that there is “not even an accusation that these accused students overrode the will of a young woman” in most campus sexual assault claims. “Rather, the accusations — 90 percent of them — fall into the category of ‘we were both drunk,’ ‘we broke up, and six months later I found myself under a Title IX investigation because she just decided… Keep Reading

Rand Paul Warns Fellow Republican Senators Against Passing Obamacare Bailout

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) is concerned yet again about his fellow Republican Senators disregarding their campaign promises and pulling another fast one on the American public. Senate Republicans are set to pass legislation that will bail out Obamacare and permanently tie the inevitable failure of the bureaucratic monstrosity to the GOP, and Paul is desperately trying to stop them. “I don’t think some miracle happens with this Republican plan. The main thing that happens is now the…dysfunctional part of the marketplace is going to be blamed on Republicans,” Paul said on “Newsmax Now” with Bill Tucker. A revised health care plan, pushed by Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and other prominent Republican lawmakers, was released today. It would earmark $70 billion as a bailout of sorts for failing insurance exchanges to be paid out over the next decade. Earlier plans to cut certain tax hikes implemented through Obamacare were jettisoned in this new proposal as well. Keep Reading

Defense Attorney Cries Foul After Open Carry Activists Receive Felony Convictions

A Michigan lawyer claims that the civil liberties of his client was violated in the court of law. Two open carry activists made national news after they open carried firearms into a police office while filing a complaint. They were convicted of felony charges last week based on technicalities. “They did nothing illegal yet were met with extreme violence at gunpoint,” attorney Nicholas Somberg said. “They knew that they were within their rights to do what they were doing.” 41-year-old Brandon Vreeland and 24-year-old James C. Baker broadcast an open carry display while inside a police office in Dearborn, MI as they were filing a complaint back in February. Although they technically broke no laws with their demonstration, they were still promptly arrested for their stunt. Police had to examine all of the recorded video to create specious evidence in order to violate the 2nd Amendment rights of the two controversial libertarian protesters. Both men were eventually convicted of illegally carrying a concealed weapon. Somberg’s client, Vreeland was convicted… Keep Reading

Rep. Amash: “We Deserve Answers” On “Serious & Disturbing” Donald Trump Jr. Emails

While most conservative and libertarian lawmakers have laughed off the Democrats’ obsession with Russia and reports of Donald Trump Jr’s communications with a Russian attorney, there is one clear exception in the House: Rep. Justin Amash (R-MI). Amash has frequently criticized the President on many issues, and addressed the controversy regarding Donald Trump Jr. early this morning with three separate Tweets. “The implications of the email thread are serious & disturbing. House Freedom Caucus Threatens Government Shutdown Until Trump’s Wall Is Funded

The tumultuous relationship between the House Freedom Caucus and Donald Trump has run the gamut throughout his young presidency. The hard-line conservative lawmakers stymied Trump and drew his ire on health care reform, but on the issue of immigration, they are firmly in his corner and agitating aggressively to get his border wall appropriated in the budget. “There is nothing more critical that has to be funded than funding the border wall for two reasons,” Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) said in an exclusive interview with Breitbart News. “One is it is a commitment that the president made to the American people and one that he intends on keeping, but the second part of that is for our national security we must secure our borders. And the American people will accept no less.” The Freedom Caucus is so serious about their stand that they are more than willing to cause a government shutdown at the end of the fiscal year if the Congress doesn’t get their act together, remember why… Keep Reading

Trumpfucius – He Who Cannot Be Stumped

It was a spectacular week for President Donald Trump. After starting a media war with CNN by posting a simple meme–prompting an overreaction that set the entire Internet off against the fledgling news station–then giving a powerful, nationalistic, pro-West speech in Poland, Trump headed to Germany for the annual G-20 Summit where he had a public meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The two men were all smiles, and rubbing elbows like they had pulled a fast one on the entire world. Trump would go on to orchestrate a huge diplomatic victory by negotiating a ceasefire in Syria with the Russians. This was a week that reminded Trump voters why they pulled the lever for him last November. While Trump voters were welling with pride over his Presidential achievements, his annoying, desperate detractors from the self-serving obsolete “NeverTrump” conservatives to the vicious radicalized America-hating leftists were left with mud on their faces. The buffoon who was supposed to disgrace the United States is doing the exact opposite. Trump is… Keep Reading

Liberal Norwegians Refuse Voluntary Tax Hike, But Demand Higher Taxes For Everyone

The center-right government of Norway has constructed a policy that has really showcases the folly and hypocrisy of leftist thinking. By creating a voluntary tax scheme allowing virtuous liberals to pay more, they put leftist rhetoric to the test. Would these supposedly compassionate liberals put their money where their mouths are, or would they demonstrate their lack of generosity? “The tax scheme was set up to allow those who want to pay more taxes to do so in a simple and straightforward way,” Finance Minister Siv Jensen said in a comment emailed to Bloomberg reporters. “If anyone thinks the tax level is too low, they now have the chance to pay more.” Liberals, predictably, showed their true colors and ponied up very little dough to help the state. The plan grossed only $1,325 in voluntary revenue during its first month of existence, far behind all projected estimates. Still, the leftist politicians in Norway want higher taxes for the entire population despite the public’s unwillingness to pay them without the… Keep Reading

The North Korean Problem Exacerbates Tensions Between US And China

President Donald Trump’s bellicose approach to handling relations with North Korea does not appear to be paying off. China is unimpressed with Trump’s threats and saber-rattling, and is sticking with their diplomatic approach to handling the authoritarian regime. “There’s been a lot of wishful thinking on the U.S. side that China was coming around in its approach,” said John Delury, a Seoul professor who studies North Korean affairs. Trump previously made remarks that China was coming around on North Korea, and the nation was willing to mirror his tough approach toward the repressive dictatorship. Trump’s optimistic talk turned out to be premature, and the Trump administration has shifted in recent weeks to aggressive rhetoric toward China as well. Keep Reading

By Meeting With Putin, President Trump Shows Democrats How Diplomacy Is Done

It has been a disappointing week for Democratic opponents of President Trump. After following up his Twitter war against the mainstream media with a speech in Poland proclaiming the supremacy of the West, Trump met with Russian President Vladimir Putin earlier today for a diplomatic visit in Germany that went swimmingly for all parties. “President Putin and I are discussing various things, and I think it is going very well. We’ve had some very very good talks. We’re going to have a talk now, and obviously that will continue, but we look forward to a lot of very positive things happening for Russia, for the United States, and for everybody concerned. It is an honor to be with you,” Trump said during the meeting. Speaking through a translator, Putin expressed his concern about deteriorating diplomatic relations with America. #CNNBlackmail Goes Viral After Media War Involving President Trump Gets Personal

The world of journalism and social media is a very odd place, especially in the era of President Donald Trump. There is very little difference between a troll and a reporter these days, and the fallout from Trump posting a meme showcases just how badly the lines have been blurred in the digital age. Over the weekend, President Trump posted a relatively innocuous meme on Twitter of himself giving a body slam to a man with CNN’s logo cropped over his head. This was a version of a popularly shared meme based on Trump’s 2007 WrestleMania appearance. Widely understood to be a joke, the humor was lost on CNN who compared the Tweet to a threat of actual violence. CNN went on the offensive from there, and targeted the person they believe to be the original meme creator. They even resorted to stalking the alleged creator of this meme, finding his personal information, threatening to expose his personal information on their airwaves unless he produced a coerced apology, and then… Keep Reading

Rex Tillerson: US Presence To Be Limited In Syria, Fate Of Assad “Now Up To Russia”

The Trump administration has given a variety of mixed messages regarding foreign affairs, with different cabinet members and key advisors contradicting each other on an almost daily basis. However, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has remained constantly in favor of normalizing Russian relations and de-escalating tensions with Syria. He made remarks on Monday that should make all non-interventionists breathe a sigh of relief. Tillerson assured UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres that U.S. policy in Syria would be reduced to “limited tactical goals” and that U.S. forces would not jeopardize the regime of embattled President Bashar al-Assad. Additionally, Tillerson handed off any responsibility for the Syrian government by saying that the fate of Assad is “now up to Russia.” Keep Reading

America’s Constitution PAC Aims To Spur New Tea Party Movement, Defeat Obamacare

With Obama no longer in the oval office, the right wing is less focused on Constitutional issues, but not every conservative and libertarian has given up on that fight. One political action committee is sweeping into action right as they are needed most–to help Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) and other conservative hardliners in their fight to defeat Obamacare. “I was at these tea party rallies with a hundred thousand people on the Mall in Washington,” Paul said last week on Philadelphia talk radio. “Where are those people now and what happened to a movement that said that we believed in free markets, freedom, choice, competition? Now, all of a sudden, we’re saying there needs to be more Medicaid money is the supposed repeal?” America’s Constitution PAC was founded to remind conservatives that principles matter even when Republicans are in power. They are leading the way to foment Tea Party-style resistance against Senate Republicans who want to break their campaign promises to repeal Obamacare completely. Keep Reading

Killer Globalism: EU Death Panel Sentences Sick Child To Die, Trump Objects

A worldwide controversy has showcased the cruel and inhumane nature of socialized medicine. The European Union high court refused to overturn a British court ruling that sentenced a sick baby to die, which has sparked worldwide outrage from individuals who want the tyke to have a chance at life. Charlie Gard, less than a year old, is afflicted with the very rare condition called mitochondrial DNA depletion syndrome (MDDS). Apparently only 16 people worldwide are known to carry the condition. MDDS causes weakness of the muscles, the deteriorating of various tissues, and brain damage. It is usually fatal in infants, which is why British doctors decided to pull the plug on young Charlie. In a tear-jerking display, Charlie’s dad, Chris, was forced to beg the state to spare his child’s life. “He deserves this chance… My son is the apple of my eye and I would do anything for him,” he said. ANTIFA And The Oath Keepers: Cowardly Allies In The War Against Free Speech

Near the beginning of the Ron Paul revolution, few activist organizations seemed as promising as the Oath Keepers. Founded by former Ron Paul staffer Stewart Rhodes, this organization aimed to wake up military and law enforcement to the Paulian message of peace, prosperity and liberty. The group’s work would theoretically increase the odds that the police and military would be on the side of We the People in the unfortunate case of civil unrest. The organization got off on the right foot, but eventually went off the rails. A startling recent example of the Oath Keepers losing focus of their mission comes from a patriotic rally in Houston, TX. On Jun. 10, the Oath Keepers used ANTIFA-style tactics to choke out a peaceful individual for merely demonstrating their free speech. The cowardly Oath Keepers turned their backs on the Bill of Rights, and the shameful display was caught on video. Keep Reading

The Empire Strikes Back: Congress Threatens To Terminate Kurdish Foreign Aid For Secession Referendum

The brave fighters of Kurdistan are working to ward off ISIS in Iraq, and they are receiving a great deal of help from Uncle Sam to accomplish their noble goal. However, the Kurds are receiving a rude awakening that any help from Washington D.C. comes with many strings attached. Congress has proposed a non-binding resolution threatening the removal of foreign aid as a warning to the Kurds that secession from the Iraqi government would come at a potentially steep price. “The committee notes that funding provided to the [KRG] is to enhance Government of Iraq-KRG cooperation and support a unified effort to counter the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL),” the draft National Defense Authorization Act reads. “Such funding should be contingent upon KRG participation in the government of a unified Iraq and on their continued good faith cooperation in the anti-ISIL campaign.” The Kurdish Peshmerga are the beneficiaries of a staggering amount of U.S. foreign aid. Rep. Justin Amash Feels The Heat For Opposing Border Security Measures

Rep. Justin Amash (R-MI) has once again separated himself from the pack, but not in such a good way this time. He is catching a great deal of flak on the state and national level for voting against immigration measures promoted by President Trump. Amash was the only Republican ‘no’ vote against Kate’s Law, and one of the few Republican ‘no’ votes against the No Sanctuary for Criminals Act. Kate’s Law would bolster penalties for undocumented immigrants convicted of crimes who were deported from the United States and then re-entered the country illegally. The No Sanctuary for Criminals Act would make sanctuary cities ineligible for certain federal grants. Amash cited constitutional reasons for opposing both pieces of legislation. He responded personally to Matt Hall, a Michigan Republican Party Executive Committee Member, who took him to task on social media for his “disappointing votes.” “A few of us still care about the Constitution and conservatism. It’s embarrassing how quickly people ignore and abandon the Tenth Amendment when it’s inconvenient,” Amash… Keep Reading

Feminists Triggered Hard After President Trump Pays Innocent Compliment To Female Reporter

President Donald Trump cannot catch a break from his critics. This time, he is in hot water for simply being a gentleman. Because Trump paid an innocent compliment to a female reporter, feminists want him to pay mightily for, in their minds, enabling the patriarchy. “We have all of this beautiful Irish press, where are you from?” President Trump asked a reporter while on a call with Ireland’s new head of state, Leo Varadkar. After she told him who she was and that she serves as US bureau chief of RTÉ News, Trump said to Varadkar, “Caitríona Perry, she has a nice smile on her face so I bet she treats you well.” While this may seem like a benign remark unworthy of outrage, that is not how feminists and other leftists interpreted it. They took the comment as more proof of Trump’s inherent sexism and white male privilege, and demand justice for the heinous micro-aggression perpetrated by the victimizer-in-chief. A ‘Liberty Summer’ Of Deceit: Young Americans For Liberty Activists Leave Failed Campaign In Disgust

It’s summertime in Michigan, and there is no place that is any more quaint or delightful than Mackinac Island near the Upper Peninsula of the state. The Suffering Of The One Percent: “Beach House” Bernie Sanders And Wife Investigated For Fraud

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), self-proclaimed champion of the underdog, has been calling for big government to put the rich elites in their place for many years. Jane Sanders was the President of Burlington College, a small, liberal arts school in Vermont, from 2004 to 2011. Under her stewardship, the college fell to pieces under the weight of crushing debt. The school will be closed at the end of the month, pretty much singlehandedly because of Sanders’ mismanagement, but now a probe is singling at her and her husband for potential criminal wrongdoing. Jane is accused of deliberately misrepresenting the number of donors on a 2010 loan application to the People’s United Bank for $10 million needed to buy 33 acres of lakefront property for the college. Additionally, Politico recently reported that prosecutors will be looking into allegations that Bernie used the power of his Senatorial office to inappropriately urge the bank to approve… Keep Reading

President Trump Will Work To Soften Conservative Senators On Health Care

President Donald Trump is working on a way to make health care reform a reality. Although he has been pushing publicly for more spending in the Senate version of health care reform, he sees the opportunity to bring hard-line conservative lawmakers over to his side. A long-time Republican activist, he assigned a reading list of books to his students that immediately caused a great deal of controversy. Ponder assigned a list of books for his AP Government/Economics students including “Liberty and Tyranny: A Conservative Manifesto,” “End the Fed,” “No They Can’t: Why Government Fails-But Individuals Succeed,” “Great Myths of the Great Depression,” and “The County Sheriff: America’s Last Hope.” The good cross-section of libertarian and conservative views represented in the list was meant to counterbalance the liberal indoctrination known to dominate public school curricula. Spanish Fort High School brass was not pleased by Ponder’s actions, and immediately forced him to pull the list. Keep Reading

Rand Paul: Ryan’s Health Care Reform “Looks Too Much Like Obamacare”

There is a fight brewing between President Donald Trump and Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) regarding health care. Trump is lobbying to add more mandates and giveaways to the Senate bill while Paul is standing firmly behind his limited government principles. “We have estimated that it may have more subsidies than Obamacare,” Paul said about the health care bill currently being pushed by the President and Senate GOP leadership in an exclusive interview with Breitbart News. “It creates a new entitlement program that gives out over $100 billion to insurance companies, and that’s not why I joined the Republican party and not why I ran for office to vote for more entitlement programs,” Paul said. In Paul’s ideal world, health care would be determined through the marketplace and consumers would be the prime benefactors. Although that is not tenable in the current bureaucratic morass, Paul wants Republican legislators to work toward free market goals rather than strengthening the failed status quo. Keep Reading

Conservative Senators Form a United Front Against Senate Health Care Reform

A conservative bloc of Senators is taking a stand to save the Republican health care legislation from becoming another big government boondoggle. While President Trump and Senate GOP leaders debate about how many mandates and giveaways they will put in the new legislation, Sens. Rand Paul (R-KY), Ted Cruz (R-TX), Ron Johnson (R-WI), and Mike Lee (R-UT) have other plans. The four men released a joint statement on Thursday saying, “Currently, for a variety of reasons, we are not ready to vote for this bill, but we are open to negotiation and obtaining more information before it is brought to the floor. There are provisions in this draft that represent an improvement to our current health care system, but it does not appear this draft as written will accomplish the most important promise that we made to Americans: to repeal Obamacare and lower their health care costs.” Keep Reading

Sen. Rand Paul Argues To Stop Communism In Cuba With Capitalism And Free Trade

While President Donald Trump was elected in large part to reverse the policies of his predecessor, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) thinks there is one area where former President Obama actually got it right: normalizing foreign relations with Cuba. “For over half a century, we have had an embargo with Cuba,” Paul wrote in a Reason Magazine op/ed published on Tuesday. “Not only did the Castros survive it, but they milked it for everything it was worth. As the only source of information on the island for decades, they stoked the nationalism of those Cubans who remained in Cuba to blame America for any of their shortages, instead of the true culprit: socialism.” Keep Reading

Rand Paul Skewers The Military-Industrial Complex In Senate Committee Hearing

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) is no happy camper when it comes to American foreign policy. Fresh off of a narrow defeat to partially stop President Trump’s Saudi weapons deal, Paul rallied against Syrian military intervention during a Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing this afternoon. “Are we going to limit the president’s power? Are we going to take back our power? I think a five-year sunset, is–you know, and I don’t mean to be mean, but–is essentially nothing. I mean, we’ve had millions of people die in five-year wars before, so I think it’s — it’s virtually meaningless,” Paul said. Paul believes that proposed Senate’s reforms would do very little to change the status quo. Instead, they are mere token measures that would allow the military-industrial complex to continue its hegemonic policies abroad while Americans are lulled back to sleep in the homeland. Paul is especially livid about the abuse of the Authorization of Use of Military Force signed by George W. Bush in 2001, which has been used as… Keep Reading

The Evolution Of Firearms: Enhanced Weapons Will Increase Your Survival Odds

In this developing technological age, the threats are growing more dangerous than ever before. Criminal elements, radicalized extremists, and even overbearing government officials are stockpiling arms like never before. The marketplace is responding with innovations to make sure consumers are able to protect themselves in this dangerous world. That is how the AK-50 was born. Fayetteville, North Carolina gun manufacturer Brandon Herrera is a rifle specialist. He has been working on a modification of an AK-style weapon that would fire 50 caliber rounds. Although this weapon may be heavier and less practical than a standard semi-automatic firearm, it very well may give an individual the edge that they need to get out of a bigger-an-usual jam. Rep. Thomas Massie: We Need The Concealed Carry Of Pistols Inside The Beltway!

In the wake of last week’s terrorist shooting of Republican lawmakers and their aides during a Congressional baseball practice, many legislators are calling for action to make sure that a tragedy like this does not occur again. While Democrats are predictably calling for more gun control, one intrepid legislator has taken the opposite approach by calling for concealed carry inside the beltway! “It’s clear that the Capitol Hill police who were there were heroic, but had Steve Scalise not been there, there would have been fatalities, and a lot of congressmen would have been hurt,” Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) said while appearing on a broadcast of “Cavuto” on FOX Business. “What I’m trying to do is anticipate how to avoid a tragic situation in the future… What the American people don’t realize is most Congressmen don’t have a security detail, and we are exposed as the general public is exposed when they come to visit our nation’s capital,” Massie said. Although Massie feels like there is a threat, he… Keep Reading

House Freedom Caucus Fights To Reform Secret FISA Courts

The House Freedom Caucus is gearing up for another political fight. This time, they are working to reform the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court. This is the secret court system that authorized ubiquitous federal surveillance on all Americans. “Government surveillance activities under the FISA Amendments Act have violated Americans’ constitutionally protected rights,” the Freedom Caucus said in a press release. “We oppose any reauthorization of the FISA Amendments Act that does not include substantial reforms to the government’s collection and use of Americans’ data.” Although the Freedom Caucus has not been specific as to what reforms they will ultimately push for, watchdog groups have outlined what needs to be changed in order to restore proper justice to the courts. “The FISA Court must change in at least two ways: it needs a true advocate for privacy and civil liberties in the court and it must have institutionalized, systematic publication of significant opinions,” Dia Kayyali wrote in an Electronic Frontier Foundation article. Trump Administration Revives The Bush Doctrine, Calls For Regime Change In Iran

Any person hoping that the Trump administration would depart from the long-standing foreign policy consensus of Washington D.C. should be sorely disappointed by Secretary of State Rex Tillerson’s congressional testimony this week. “I would tell you that we certainly recognize Iran’s continued destabilizing presence in the region, their payment of foreign fighters, their export of militia forces in Syria, in Iraq, in Yemen,” Tillerson said to the House Foreign Affairs Committee on Wednesday. Tillerson apparently finds it problematic that Iranian forces are working to fight ISIS throughout the Middle East. The Trump administration funnels weapons to states such as Saudi Arabia and Qatar, two countries known to support ISIS, while leading the public to believe that Iran is the grave threat in the region. This is reminiscent of the illogical Bush-era foreign policy that then-candidate Trump bashed frequently on the campaign trail last year. Although Tillerson says that the Trump administration’s policy proposal on Iran is incomplete and the President hasn’t been briefed about it at the present time,… Keep Reading

Vladimir Putin Trolls The U.S. Deep State Yet Again, Offers Asylum To James Comey

Russian President Vladimir Putin seems to be enjoying himself these days. With the United States political system in peril as Russian conspiracy fever takes hold, Putin cannot help but stir the pot from his home country. This time, he has done so by offering asylum to disgraced former FBI director James Comey. “If he continues to be persecuted in this connection, we will be ready to provide political asylum to him, he should know about that,” Putin said on “The Direct Line,” his annual televised question-and-answer program with the Russian people. Presently, Putin is giving asylum to famed NSA leaker Edward Snowden, who released groundbreaking revelations to the world showing the NSA’s true hacking capabilities. This made Snowden a hero to millions and a villain to millions more. Comey is a less divisive figure and has even served to unite bitter political enemies in shared mutual hatred toward himself. Indeed, it is difficult to think of a more universally reviled political figure than Comey in recent years. Keep Reading

Rand Paul: “New Entitlements” In Senate Healthcare Bill Must Be Stopped!

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) narrowly avoided tragedy this week after a gunman shot up a congressional baseball practice, leaving a colleague in critical condition and wounding several others. This tragedy has not stopped Paul from doing his job, and warning the American public about devastating changes to the healthcare bill. “I think we shouldn’t have new entitlements that will go on forever in a Republican plan to fix healthcare,” Paul said to reporters today. “We can’t pay for what we already have: Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security.” A revised version of the American Health Care Act (AHCA) passed the House earlier this year but not without controversy. President Trump started a public fight against the House Freedom Caucus, and sided with House Majority Leader Paul Ryan (R-WI) to push a bill that essentially re-branded Obamacare. A compromise bill was eventually passed, but apparently Trump is lobbying the Senate for more government control. Trump told Senate Republicans earlier this week that the AHCA version passed by the House was a… Keep Reading

Rand Paul Channels His Father With Impassioned Plea On Behalf Of Saudi Terror Victims

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) tried his darnedest to partially halt Trump’s Saudi weapons deal. He was able to raise a great deal of bipartisan support, but his amendment failed by a closer-than-anticipated 47-53 vote on Tuesday. However, Paul did not go down without a fight. He gave quick but powerful remarks hearkening back to his epic Drone filibuster of 2013 as well as his father’s legendary speeches delivered from the House floor. “[Saudi Arabia] bombed and killed 125 civilians at a funeral. They wounded 500. This was no mistake, there was no error. This was them pointedly dropping the bombs on civilians,” Paul said on the Senate floor while pushing his doomed proposal against Trump’s Saudi weapons deal. Keep Reading

Islamic Libertarian Harassed By Leftists After Starting a Fundraiser For Deceased Oathkeeper

When oathkeeping patriot Frank Morganthaler suffered a heart attack while protesting Sharia Law this past weekend, leftists laughed at him as his life slipped away. This inspired an Islamic libertarian to start a fundraiser for the deceased man despite their political disagreements. This show of unity was soundly rejected by the intolerant left, who have started a campaign of harassment against the compassionate Muslim. Will Coley’s idea was to raise funds to show mercy toward their enemies during the Islamic holy season of Ramadan. At a time when political tensions are reaching frightening highs, Coley hoped that this gesture would re-introduce a little bit of human dignity into the political sphere. After encountering vicious hate-filled leftists on social media, Coley’s hopes were dashed. “We will not be deterred in our drive to do good for others, even those who see themselves as my enemy,” Coley wrote on Facebook in defense of his cause. Despite the heavy flak he is taking, he is hoping to raise $10,000 to pay for… Keep Reading

BREAKING: Young Americans For Liberty Used As “Rent-a-Mob” For Big Government Republican

Just a few weeks ago, dozens of precocious young libertarians from throughout the country were bussed out to beautiful Mackinac Island in Northern Michigan. Advertised as “a ground breaking opportunity for liberty,” starry eyed activists hit the pavement with enthusiasm and vigor to make liberty win. Little did they know they were being used as pawns by a big government politician with questionable values. “You will be the deciding factor that brings Liberty to a state this summer and lays the ground work for exciting opportunities to come,” Young Americans for Liberty boasted on their “Liberty Summer” page. It continued, “It’s time. All eyes will be on this. Want Change? Change Something.” Field representatives were offered $1,500 pay with housing provided as well as stipends for gas and “a month of liberty immersion” to participate in the project. One crucial detail conspicuously absent in the description was who the activists would really be working for: Michigan Lieutenant Governor Brian Calley. Keep Reading

Sen. Rand Paul Leads Bipartisan Charge Against Trump’s Saudi Weapons Deal

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) has assembled an impressive bipartisan coalition in the Senate to block part of President Trump’s Saudi weapons deal. Paul is concerned that the deal may cause blowback due to an ongoing Saudi Arabian military conflict with Yemen, and prominent Democrats share his concerns. “We need to send the Saudis a message that they need to get serious about the humanitarian nightmare inside Yemen,” Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) said. “Unfortunately, the administration has not used these weapons sales to apply that conditionality. But a strong message from the U.S. Senate that they don’t have a blank check from the Congress would be very important.” Murphy is leading the Democratic wing of bipartisan resistance to Trump’s weapons deal with the Saudis, which is the biggest in American history. It is worth $110 billion immediately and could increase to as much as $360 billion over the decade. This all but ensures that American-brokered arms will be used to commit atrocities in Yemen, where Saudis have been using chemical… Keep Reading
